“Would give zero if I could. Stay well clear! Ordered a new glass top of an induction cooker. Was told item not in stock but you will have it in 28 days. Had to get in touch with them after 8 weeks. No way of calling them, if you try to do online chat then soon as you say its a query about and order it comes up with a message that no operators are available so I said it was to place an order and as if by magic operators were available! They don't respond to emails. Told me it will be another month and a half so just asked for to cancel and refund. No confirmation sent so will chase. Wish I had seen all the negative feedback before order but you live and learn I guess.”
“This is the worst online store I have ever seen. When the order was placed on July 25, the item on the website showed "in stock", but it has not been shipped. On August 1st, I found out that there is no contact information on the website, only online chat, and it took me a long time to contact their website through online chat. Their customer service told me that the product was out of stock (but the website still showed "in stock" at this time), and I didn't know when it would be shipped. I told him that I wanted to cancel the order, and the customer service closed the chat tool directly. After waiting until August 3rd, the order was still not cancelled. I still contacted customer service through the chat tool on the website. The customer service told me that the order could not be cancelled because they showed that it was in stock. I told him that I had cancelled the order before, but he did not respond at all. , just told me that there is stock and can't cancel the order, I asked him how long it would take to ship, he answered me 3-5 working days, but not sure, let me wait for their email, and then he closed the chat tool again. This is a really bad site, it's disgustingly bad!”

“On 23rd January 2022, I ordered 4 parts for my oven from this company. Only 3 arrived; without the fourth, the first three are useless. Weekly updates became monthly then stopped. It became clear that the item was out of stock with little or no prospect of ever arriving. In June, using the online chat, I asked for a refund, to which they agreed. I checked that I would not have to pay for postage. This is all in the chat, which I saved. However, when the return instructions were emailed to me, there was a charge for posting the "unwanted" heavy items. On 23rd June, exactly six months later, I emailed both the CEO and Managing Director (Andrew Sharp and David Holden). Neither gave me the courtesy of a reply.
As it stands, they owe me almost £80. I intend to get my money back through the small claims court.
Avoid this company at all costs - there are far better ones out there, who are honest when they are out of stock.”

It's now June and I have still not received my part, my email enquiries are not answered and I stopped receiving updates on my order in April. This company cannot be trusted. Worst thing is, I arrived at the site through a Beko link thinking I was ordering a genuine spare part. I will avoid Beko and avoid 4OurHouse in future. The two are a disgrace. “I would give it zero stars if possible. How this company is still operating is beyond me. 6 weeks I bought a spare part and was told delivery in 5 days. Then I was email and told congratulations your order is coming in 4 to 6 weeks. Yeah they acted like they were doing me a favour. Now the 6 weeks us up I have received an email to say congratulations your part will be here in 2 to 4 weeks??? No explanation or anything. They're making it out like they are doing me a favour. So I replied to the email and it's been returned as undelivered. AVOID AVOID AVOID this company. They take your money and 2 months later still no closer to receiving the part”

“I just placed an order 2 days ago for an oven seal and a fridge water filter, one order of 142 Eur. After the purchase has completed now I see every day this con website is charging me every day a random 60-80 euros for no purchase I have made with them.... Is this not illegal? How does this company still exist out there? And no way to stop these charges coming through? Aib saying to talk to them when there is no phone number and then to ask Aib to open a dispute. And what, in the meantime this con website called 4ourhouse to empty my bank account? Totally outrageous, have been shopping with any other merchant for 10 years and never has such thing happened.”
“Website states next-day delivery. After purchase you receive an email stating 5-7 working days. When you can el they then send you an email saying your order has been cancelled and your card has not been charged. Then they charge your card the day after and send you a 'order dispatched' email. When try to contact them, all you get are emails that look like automated replies, but no assistance. AVOID THIS SITE PIKE THE PLAGUE. I ended up using espares instead.”
