“Packages shipped with DHL are consistently late and delayed- they are absolutely the worst shipping provider and o don’t order from retailers who use DHL”
“Although the Google says DHL carries the Infian Passport internationally but while I enquired with the DHL Staff in Vadodara, they said that Passport cannot be sent outside India. Would request to update this information on their website so that people are not mis-lead.

“I was one stop away from my parcel being delivered at 13:00 when it disappeared from the tracking service and this was after yesterday when they also failed to deliver my parcel when I was only 4 stops away. Both my dad and I were in the house all day and yet at about 14:00 the delivery had supposedly been attempted at 12:00. Either they are lying or the delivery driver has the ability to bend space and time and try and deliver my parcel before they were even at my house. Never using again :)”
“As usual my parcel was not delivered on the day DHL said it would be. Many times they have said nobody was at home, when that was not the case. In my opinion DHL delivery service is terrible and would recommend people not to use this unprofessional company.”

“I had a package coming from Austailia to NY.Have used FedEx in the past with no problem.The package was supposed to arrive in 5 business days.Took over 2 weeks.The most aggravating shipping experience I ever had.When my package arrived LA ,it sat there in customs for a week.I didnt know what was going on.I had to contact DHL( Which wasnt easy.Then they told me I needed to send info on my social security card.If I didnt call them , nothing would have been done
Then they said all was good.But it wasnt.It still sat in customs for more days.Then I find out that I have to pay duties on my package in advance or DHL would send it back to Austalia
It finally was cleared and got to NY.
Where it sat for another 2 days.I was tracking the shipping all the time It was so stressful.Never thought I would get my pkg but it finally arrived after 2 weeks.I will never use DHL again.

“we had shipped envelope to india and they have not realized our important document we shipped them 4 months and they still have returned the documents back to us when we called them no reply we paid extra to get it expedite the envelop and we still don't know what happen to our documents I will never trust DHL they are the worst company to ship anything I would not ship”

“I’m starting a campaign to put DHL out of business. Many want to just complain, I want to see them belly up!
Write to the Division of Consumer Affairs in your state. You should also file a complaint with the Federal Government as well.
This will eventually stop DHL from misleading and “could careless attitude”.”

Nothing but lies. I keep getting "DRIVER CAN'T FIND YOUR ADDRESS". I have entered my name, address, mobile, email and what 3 words location in the app, they still can't find me.
This morning I found tracking, it said I was 91, driver on way to 34...... and when it got to 39 it vanished, now it doesn't do anything.

Then at 8pm nobody’s coming - to late to use alternative!! No email, no reply within 4 hrs stated on Facebook - I think the same guy that did the wonks experience in Glasgow must run this company!! NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE”
“Package delayed for a week. When was supposed to finally come, guess what... it didnt. Sent it back to depot. In the meantime we are waiting, changing the day around this stupid delivery. If you want to send something use ups or any other provider. Evri is better than this sh*t.”
