“I’m starting a campaign to put DHL out of business. Many want to just complain, I want to see them belly up!
Write to the Division of Consumer Affairs in your state. You should also file a complaint with the Federal Government as well.
This will eventually stop DHL from misleading and “could careless attitude”.”

Nothing but lies. I keep getting "DRIVER CAN'T FIND YOUR ADDRESS". I have entered my name, address, mobile, email and what 3 words location in the app, they still can't find me.
This morning I found tracking, it said I was 91, driver on way to 34...... and when it got to 39 it vanished, now it doesn't do anything.

“A minus 5 would be what I’d give this joke of a company - why tell you right upto 7.30pm collections going to happen to meet the 10.30am service I paid for. Then at 8pm nobody’s coming - to late to use alternative!! No email, no reply within 4 hrs stated on Facebook - I think the same guy that did the wonks experience in Glasgow must run this company!! “Package delayed for a week. When was supposed to finally come, guess what... it didnt. Sent it back to depot. In the meantime we are waiting, changing the day around this stupid delivery. If you want to send something use ups or any other provider. Evri is better than this sh*t.”

They are just that bad.
On Wednesday, they said my parcel was out for delivery. It was NOT delivered.
On Thursday,they said my parcel was out for delivery. It was NOT delivered.
On Friday,they said my parcel was out for delivery. It was NOT delivered.
Today, Saturday, they said that my parcel didn't even make it on to the delivery vehicle and that it might be delivered on Monday!
Moreover, they made it clear that their contract was not with me but with the company from which I ordered this product. They were unhelpful and completely uninterested in resolving my issue.
I implore you not to use DHL and not to order products from companies who use DHL.”
“This by far the worst possible shipping company you can use. They advertised a 4 day shipping service and then the item didn't get delivered for 2 weeks. When I called for updates all they could tell me is that they don't know why there is any delay. They were also very rude and had zero customer service. I later asked for a refund and they refused. They claim that it was my fault that the item wasn't delivered on time. Even though I gave them all the documents that I was supposed to print and hand off. Again, horrible service, waste of money, lies and gaslighting. Save your money. They will not get the job done.”

It happened to me many many times, where I get the notification that no one responded, though we were at home all time.
This week happened twice for the same delivery.

“Instead of charging the shipper, they quote low to get the business. And then screw over the buyer with exorbitant service chargesto make up. Sleazy company.”
“The DHL delivery guy literally threw the package at the front door, as if playing a baseball game ! Horrible behavior caught on the screen.The product is not fragile, but the inside merchant wrap was damaged.”
“Worst delivery service ever experienced. I asked for an Express delivery, but I had to do all the following-up in order for DHL to pick up the package. I also paid the assurance fee of course. Customer service is a 0, multiple mails sent and no real answers, only excuses changing from an e-mail to another. When confronted with hard facts and proofs, none of the staff help nor care. I've been calling the customer support, loosing more money in the whole process and no help. I've been a customer many times before but this was the last time. Would not recommend to anyone, better chose another service provider more efficient; especially if you plan a delivery from or to Spain.”
