Don't bother awful company , they cant get information right orders being processed and when you contact advisor they stated it was processed ,even though on your account says different ,products not like the pictures online ,total rubbish,

Extremely poor level of customer service. I purchased an item on 09th of March and paid £4.50 for next day delivery. I called them up on 10th of March at 5 pm to enquire about the parcel and I was then told that I will receive the parcel of Sunday 13th of March. This is very disgraceful and appalling. What an awful company!!!

I purchased the NANCY SORRELL collection waterproof mascara in black. I am so impressed with this as it such good quality. I did one layer of mascara, left it for 30 seconds then applied the second layer. My eyelashes looked false. I will continue to buy this. Its so easy to remove and doesn't run. Love it. The delivery was so quick, arrived in 2 days.

I ordered a pair of boots a week before Christmas; the order was processed and then 'went missing' on the way to the courier. I contacted the company several times about this and found the customer service atrocious. I would advise people to avoid this company at all costs. I'm still awaiting a refund.

I ordered a dress on the 24th Nov. Useless hermes kept changing the delivery date. Then from the 29th of Nov the same message kept coming up. IN TRANSIT. I got sick of this message. So i complained several times. Freemans looked into it & it was obvious useless hermes had lost it. (Or stolen it. Maybe it was a crossdressing courier!) So freemans offered me a refund. OR to reorder it. I noticed the price had gone up from £33 to £48. I said i hope i won’t be charged the higher rate. I wasn’t. So it was reordered on the 6th Dec. I received an email saying it would be with me on the 11th. Then emailed again. The 13th. Then this morning, they’re saying the 16th. DISGUSTING. Tried to get my money back. Can’t have to wait for it to be delivered??? Then send it back. Awful. The adviser said SORRY FOR THE HASSLE. I said your company’s giving me MORE HASSLE HAVING TO SEND IT BACK. Not what i expected from a well established company. NEVER AGAIN!!!

would never never order again with freemans total rubbish at getting your order to you on time phoned and complained to customer services did not seem to bothered about complaint freemans are quick enough to take your order and money but are not helpful at all on your order coming to you on time i have put how rubbish freemans are on face book and will also be telling people not to bother with this company have also taped my telephone conversations with them for legal reasons

Shocking service. I received a breville that was smashed when I opened it. I telephoned Freeman’s to arranged collection, no one turned up to collect when they said it was going to be picked up. I am still waiting for them to collect this item. Customer service don’t listen to anything you say & Freemans don’t check any items they send out. Absolutely rubbish service & goods are not an acceptable standard.

I won't be ordering anything from Freemans again. I returned items via Hermes within 2-3 days of receiving them and I have been billed £9.90 for late returns on 2 occasions through no fault of mine. DO NOT SHOP WITH Freemans. This is just away of making extra money from their customers

Freeman’s what can I say what a load of incompetence bunch of idiots and that is being very polite I can’t put on hear what I really think!!! I will never order from them again good luck to anyone who is trying to get your money back face it you won’t get it, they lie through there teeth and say you have to prove you haven’t had it then they say you been sent a cheque it doesn’t arrive, then you only get less than half the money I’m still trying to get back £81.00 with no answers. I will not give up freeman’s your staff will get me calling every day until you pay me back so this isn’t the last time you will hear from me. DO NOT ORDER FROM FREEMANS what a awful company.

Ordered a pair of puma trainers on the 12th of this month still in the being processed mode how long does it take to send a pair of trainers out the warehouse wished I had gone to Primark and got two pair of trainers won't be placing orders again with this company joke

Placed an order paid in full .. waited nearly two months for the delivery nothing came.. was sent an email saying the stock was no longer available so I would receive a refund in 3-5 working days ... three weeks later still no refund.. sent emails filled out online forms and nothing!!!! Do not order from Freemans!!!!! Poor poor service and they will steal money from you !!!!!!

Sent a returns back (£100) courier picked it up. A week later no confirmation you had received it! Used the tracking number from the returns label and that wasn't recognised! Iv phoned 3 times and emailed, to always be told "it's with the investigation team". As far as I'm concerned if you provide a service and that service is broken then that's a cost to you! Not to me! Once the courier has picked it up, the contract is between freemans and the courier! If I don't get a refund by next week, I will just claim it back through a County Court claim!!! TERRIBLE COMPANY, AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!

Joke of a company, placed and order like 2 months ago and they have still not delivered as almost 5 times they have changed the delivery date at this rate I'll be lucky if they even deliver this year!

I purchased a quilt cover last December,it wasn't suitable so i arranged for an immediate return. Hermes didn't collect. After five subsequent phone calls and NO collections I was told to return it myself. After several requests by myself and three different promises to forward returns labels I received two sets of labels on 21st Jan. These labels showed different returns addresses. Having returned the parcel via Post Office, since Hermes appear to be incompetent, I rang Freemans on 26th Jan to see whether they'd received the item. They were unable to find the original purchase on my account, which has been the case throughout this ordeal. The Customer Service has been poor throughout. It would appear that there is no synchronisation between account and customer service. On one phone call I could hear the 'operator' laughing at my problem. Is this your best Freemans? I only want a refund on a £59 quilt cover.

WASTE OF 4 MONTHS. Ordered a multigym in September, to be delivered October. Order then delayed until december, then January. I phoned 2 days after it was due. Told it was in transit. Then received an email next day saying they had cancelled the order as they couldn't fulfil the order. COWBOYS

Awful does not come close. Ordered 2 shirts early November neither of them in stock, no communication at all to tell me this or the reasons, still showing as being processed and I am not allowed to cancel them!! Even though they have no stock!! Appalling, I have to wait till they arrive 2020? 2021? Who knows? And send them back. Very poor service hence will be closing my account.
