What a totally disgusting company you are, I have had to apply for a debt management plan and included my account with yourselves, you originally agreed a repayment amount with them but have sent me a letter saying you've referred it to a debt collection instead, as if things aren't bad enough at the moment, I've recommended you to friends and family in the past but never again.

Ordered soup maker 12 November tge day before tge first delivery received an email saying delivery delayed until 1 December. 30 November further delay until 13 December. Sent an email asking if order would be delivered before Christmas. Relay stated goods in stock and order would be delivered. 12 December get an email stating unable to fulfil order. Would never use them again or recommend them.

Absolutely terrible. After waiting 2 weeks, my order was still listed as 'processing' I then sent a message asking for an update. The only response I got asked for further information, which I immediately provided, and never received a response to. In the end I had no choice but to cancel the order, as the items were gifts, and the date required for them was quickly approaching. Highly recommend you avoid this site and company in order to avoid disappointment.

I bought 2 pairs of black jeggings in the petite size from JD WILLIAMS. When I tried them on they were too long so I checked the invoice to to see if the item no and the delivered item nos were correct. The nos did not tally so rang Customer Services stating those facts. The agent at C Services said that did not matter, they were the correct size. I questioned that and said that surely the item nos surely should match the order no ? She then got quite shirty and would not agree on that point and was adamant they were the correct size even though the nos did not match with the original order. With that dreadful attitude and manner towards a customer. It has put me off using that company again. I notice from reading feedback from other customers that I am not alone being disgusted with that sort of attitude.

You think you’ve got problems with these people!! I DON’T even have an account with JD Williams’s Fashion World, yet I’m suddenly embroiled in a battle to get my email address, which they somehow obtained (no idea how - I have NEVER knowingly volunteered it to this company), removed from their records. It’s been attached to an account opened recently by somebody who has an entirely different home address and mobile phone number to mine. Yet, JD Williams can’t provide me with any written confirmation all reference to my email address (or me even!) has been removed. I’ve emailed them several times, only to receive the same automated response, namely: “I'll be happy to help with your enquiry. So that I can assist you, please provide your full name, the first line of your address and your postcode - I'll then be able to find your account and help you with your enquiry.” I DON’T HAVE AN ACCOUNT – so I am certainly NOT going to provide my home address and postcode to an organisation which, quite frankly, in my opinion lacks efficiency. We even spoke over the phone. Nothing - I'm STILL receiving emails welcoming me to the fold. And, apparently, I have two orders on the way. I repeat: I have NEVER opened an account with these people. When is this c**p going to stop? Make of this as you will.

I will never use this company again !!!! First time using them I ordered lots of clothes for holiday . I returned over £100 of clothes which I never got a refund for . Their system shows I have returned it and they have issued the refund but I never recieved it on my credit card statement . I have contacted them several times and all they do is palm me off and say they have sent the credit . My credit company took up my dispute and refunded me the money . Annoyingly they sent me an item that had been delayed I returned straight that away out of principle and the exact same thing has happened again ! How many more people are they doing this too !!! A shambles of a company disgusting customer service ! DO NOT USE !!!!!!!!!

This is my worst experience ever - they do not honour their offers and ignore complaints. BEWARE of JDWILLIAMS!! Their own offers are not recognised by their "system" although clearly visible to call centre, who placed "notes" on my account to acknowledge this about the offer I bought. I paid in full what I owed but 8 months later, after multiple premium phone calls (at my cost) and 2 complaint emails to their customer services (never responded to) and an official complaint raised via RESOLVER (Money Saving Expert Tool), which was also ignored for 32 days thus far, my account still shows that incorrect offer-balance to pay, my previously unscathed credit score is seriously affected and I'm getting debt collection letters from JDWILLIAMS. They just ignore complaints and they do not react to "notes" made on your account. I will NEVER buy from them nor sister companies Marisota, Simplybe etc again. Please be very aware of this scandalous company!!

No one cares at this so called company. Received damaged items and the one time I complain you get passed around and asked the same questions over and over just to achieve NOTHING.... I'll be paying off the balance and closing the account. I'm sorry I never read the reviews left by many unhappy customers !!!!

I was offered a credit account, I purchased something and am making payments as requested. I have over £100 left in credit but can't purchase something for £84. When ..on chat...I asked why I was told they are "reviewing my account" and to try again next month, but they can't guarantee that I will be able to use my available credit even then.Told I'll have to pay in full until then My account page has not changed, still saying I have credit. Had no emails to tell me this was going to happen, but plenty of emails telling me of special offers etc. Not going to waste any more time with them

Ive lost the will to live. Its taken from before Christmas till now and its still ongoing . They send the wrong size the wrong colour…you cant get them on the phone and its taking five days between my emailing and they answering ….well six and ongoing … needless to say this is my last transaction with them.

I ordered a double mattress from jd Williams which arrived rolled up,after unrolling it I found it to be unsuitable so began the return process,I didn’treroll the mattress as it said on Google not to as it has springs and it would damage them so I just wrapped it back up in polythene.The courier service they use is Evri and there has now been 7 attempts for them to take it away but they keep sending someone in a car instead of a van to collect it despite being told 7 times it needs to be a van.JD Williams have been an utter nightmare in all this and just keep repeating the same thing over and over We have escalated this issue to Evri and a van will definitely be sent next time.This is now an absolute joke,I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor they said someone would call me surprise surprise they haven’t,iam at my wits end and don’t know what to do but I do know one thing I certainly won’t be paying for it NEVER NEVER use JD Williams or Evri for anything because you will regret it 😡🤬

Wish I had seen these reviews before would of given them a wide birth!! Ordered new bedroom furniture and both wardrobes only had 1 handle each instead of a pair. Have been constantly calling them and they say they can't send a pair of handles I would have to order the wardrobes again!!! Why collect built wardrobes and leave me having to build them again right on top of christmas (not available for delivery before 19th December) so angry, who has time to build furniture that close to Christmas and work. Will never buy from them again, they may get the whole lot back yet 😡 USELESS!!!!

I recently joined JD Williams & still awaiting my refund of 66.75. I have sent all receipt & also follow up emails mounting to at least 10. No one has resolved my query, on the 11th of December would be a month.

I purchased a TV at a reasonable price only to find they have taken the payment from my account twice, leaving me overdrawn. I contact them and they blame my bank. My bank (correctly) say ABSOLUTE RUBBISH! I contact them again and they admit it was them (they lied to me then) and they're sorry but thanks for letting them know! Having none of this i argue the point (for an HOUR) & they offer £10 and 15% off clothing??? I buy a TV and they offer cheaper clothes, what? So come back and spend more money with us after giving you utterly dreadful service. JD Williams, you are officially one of the worst. AVOID

Terrible service orderd off them paying half for my order and using credit for the rest as I was accepted. Comes to delivery day I go to check tracking and nothing call them for them to tell me my order is cancelled due to the credit team or something not really sure as know one explained it properly. Called customer service twice spoke to two advisors who have no clue what hat they were talking about. I would have happily paid for my full order so I received it but was offers the credit at payment so took it which I now regret. After been on the phone for an hour with them telling me my account is In credit I argues I wanted my money refunded as I won’t be purchasing anything from them again. They just wanna take your money and hold it on your account trying to get you to use it on other products which is a joke. Avoids avoid avoid please do not waste your time buying from these scammers

I wish to bring to your attention the following unfortunate experience that I have suffered at the hands of companies under the control of Michael Ashley, owner of Sports Direct. In January 2021 I received couriered goods from J D Williams and Company. These goods were not ordered by me or anyone connected with me. A statement followed together with chaser letters for payment. The goods were returned immediately received. J D Williams is ultimately owned by Ashley via one of his companies, Fraser Group. I am retired and went through a stressful period not knowing what next was to follow. I ultimately got the account and matter closed. If I was not the type of person I am, somebody else would have experienced a greater problem. Last week the same thing happened to me when I received through the post details of an account, I supposedly had opened with Studio Retail Limited. I had not. A few days later I received, via a courier, 2 packages for goods I did not order. In each case the goods were for larger items whereas I am small! Studio Retail Limited is also owned by Michael Ashley via Fraser Group. I actually never shop for clothes on-line. This is causing me considerable additional stress, again, not knowing what the company might next do. It is very strange that my data is still being used in this fraudulent way and I continue be targeted from different companies within the same group. Lesser assertive people may have felt obliged to pay for goods they had not ordered as it is not easy to return these items .
