I absolutely love this jumper but it's very expensive – around £300 – because it turns everything in the wash bright pink.

PRIMARK MUST BE LAUGHING AT THE PUBLIC EXPENSE ALL THE WAY TO THE BANK THROUGH THE CHRISTMAS PERIOD!!!! I know we are in ressession and people can't afford much and primark offer very cheap clothing but do they have to treat the public like 'fodder' when it comes to their returns policy???? I was given a couple of Christmas presents from Primark which was the wrong size, all had tickets and barcodes attached with price taken off, therefore clearly from Primark. As they were Christmas presents. I had no receipts. I asked for a change of size. I was told by the cashier and manager it is Primark Policy NOT to exchange goods for any reason without a receipt. SO PUBLIC BEWARE OF NOT KEEPING YOUR RECEIPTS DURING CHRISTMAS SEASON WHEN BUYING PRESENTS FROM PRIMARK. THEY ARE CLEARLY TAKING ADVANTAGE AND WIELDING THEIR POWER OVER THE PUBLIC THROUGH THEIR UNFAIR POLICY.

I bought a pair of pyjamas for my daughter from primark Fort Kinnaird, Edinburgh. Once home I found that as damaged. I didn't want to give that to my daughter so I went back and got it changed for another. When I gifted that to my daughter, I realised that it was too big and I went back to them asking for a small size, but I didn't have my receipt. I tried to convince them the situation but they did not help me. They might say it's company policy, but what is customer service???? I also work in retail industry. And it's nearly 8 miles I travelled to get it changed. I will NOT be shopping at primark anymore..

I took back 5 clothing items to Primark Bromley this morning. At first the girl on the till only inputted 4 items and when I pointed out that there was 5 items, she had to ask for help from another member of staff as she didn’t know how to add another item. The other member of staff, thought I was buying the 4 items that the original girl had already refunded and unbeknown to me, added them to my bill - I bought a further 8 items. I left the till, but thought that the amount I had paid was too much for the items I had, so checked my receipt and realised what had happened. I then went back to the tills, to raise my concerns about being overcharged. A member of staff - Jacob - went through my bill and the items in my bags and said that he would have to check the camera first before I could have a refund. I needed to get back to my car, so I have given my telephone number and name for him to call me when he has looked at the cameras. Then I will have to go back into Bromley to pick up my money - £23.00. Also, one of the t-shirts I bought was priced at £2.50 and I was charged £3.00 - Jacob had to give me 50p back. Members of staff on tills really need to be better trained! Has been over 3 hours since I complained and still no telephone call.

I was Racially profiled in Primark Peckham by a Brooknight Security guard who is contracted by Primark. I bought some goods and did not try them on. When I got home (which is only 10 minutes away) one of the shirts after trying it on was too small. I took it back to exchange it and on returning the Security Guard on the door radioed his colleague and as I was stepping off the escalator I heard him describing me and telling his colleague (who met me as I stepped off the escalator) to follow me as I was suspicious. There was no reason whatsoever to to do this as I was returning to exchange the shirt for a bigger size and had my receipt. Primark offered me a £25 voucher as a good will gesture after I complained, which I declined, they also said they would offer training to the staff member who Racially profiled me.

Do not expect any help from so-called 'customer services' - they do not read, have no human feelings and just respond with standard answers.

Jeans did not fit as the completely wrong waist size was picked up as a gift by mistake. Despite returning them still folded and in the Primark bag, their return policy was no can do because the receipt had been binned in error. Credit card evidence of purchase was provided but still not interested. Strange how their return policy accepts the same jeans when the button had somehow become dislodged and they were deemed damaged! Honestly and good ethics gets you nowhere with a company with standards like Primark.

Very disappointed that I couldn’t return an item that had Primark logo and was still in immaculate packaging because I didn’t have the receipt. All I wanted to do was change the size. Didn’t expect money back but now I have a completely useless item as I can’t exchange it. I spoke to Gina who is the assistant manager in Uxbridge and she was appalling! Her customer services was non existing. She kept rolling her eyes and even kissed her teeth at me. Then basically accused me of stealing the item I wanted to return as I had no receipt! The woman shouldn’t be in retail. So disgusted with Primark policy in exchange and the level of capability in their management team.

I bought their wooden ladder shelf only to be disappointed. Wood in shelf is getting chipped on putting screws. Once unscrewed the wood doesn't hold the screws. Disassemble n reassemble- no shot! "C" measures 43 cm not 35 cm ! After fixing to wall there's barely any space to thread a bath towel.

Don't accept returns after 28 days, which is appalling as I had bought a shirt and it didn't fit I was willing to exchange for a dearer item as they didn't have a bigger size, but they could not do this or offer a refund as receipt date expired. Used to be able to take anything back without a receipt. Sizing smaller as well especially the men's clothes. Won't be buying from the again.

Customer service is abysmal, once they have your money you no longer exist, they will not accept exchange without receipt even though you have primark logo on the unopened unused and original packaging. No customer service in stores and jobs worth management who are no help at all. On line customer service is exactly the same. Will not shop here again and recommend others not to until customer services get their act together. Appalling!

Went to exchange an item without receipt, as I had lost it, ( my fault I know) but was refused, as they don't even do exchanges without receipt, which is disapointing. I think customers shud be made aware of this when at checkout,

I was at livingstone store on sat 23d Oct to do an exchange and cmass shopping. I wanted to exchange an item for a bigger size. It was a gift to me so had no receipt, only wanted straight swap but they refused. Really bad policy as still had tags on as well.

Public humiliation Hello, Today 22/10/2021 I went to Primark store in Eastham 51 High St N, London E6 1HZ, it was around 2.20-2.30pm. I went to try to find shoes. I checked shoes and on the way out stopped to check sports trousers. While I was looking at trousers a man came close to me and asked how many phones I have? I asked why and got another question: where am I from? I replied, ``Why do you need to know?’’ and stepped away near the exit. He started raising his voice to me and stopped me near the exit. When he said 3 phones were stolen in the store and I was around these people apparently. Another guy came and he was the security manager and said that 3 phones were stolen so how many phones do I have? I said I have one phone and showed my bag. While all this happened another white ethnic lady stopped to exit the store as well about 3 phones. Other people can come in and go out of the store, just me and another white lady were stopped. This is the most Public humiliation I experienced in my life. I feel accused of things I didn't do and humiliated in public because I am a white European woman. I will never go to Primark in my life and as well will warn all my friends and family members to be careful of Public humiliation in Primark which I experience. Just note: the store has cameras so please check it before publicly humiliating any person. I never hear the introduction of the person who approached me and the same of a security manager. After all this no one apologised to me for how I was treated in the store. Where am I from? The answer is white European women Indefinite Leave To Remain in the UK.

Alarmed by the amount of shoppers in your Irvine store today not wearing masks (this is still mandatory in Scotland). No signage regarding this at the entrance and did not see anyone being questioned regarding this. I did not feel safe and left quickly and won't be back for a long time. Surely you have some responsibility for the health of your shoppers and workers and should apply all local rules for the country you operate in.
