“The call centre staff were so helpful. Kept me updated and patrol was there in no time. My car couldn’t be fixed there a then as it was a dpf issue so they towed me to a local garage. Fantastic service all round !”

“On arriving at a site with my caravan had a problem with the jockey wheel and couldn't unhitch. Couldn't report on line but phone answered quickly and mechanic Kyle, arrived within 30 minutes and cured the problem within a few minutes. Couldn't have asked for better service! Thank you!”

“The rac patrol (Brandon) was excellent. Good communication, quick response to my breakdown and a fast solution. This guy made a stressful incident, easy to deal with, I was back on the road in 15 minutes. Thank you Brandon, 5 stars for you.”

“January of this year 2024 my son reported his van would not start at 7.20pm it took them till 1.45 am of the following morning to get someone to him and they said this acceptable well by by RAC Hello AA When renewal is due .”

“Just spoke to a Customer Service officer named Gabriel located, I think, in the RAC office in Perth. Such a pleasure talking to her and she was so helpful and eager to help me in my difficulty. I had absolutely no problem addressing my issue and I am so grateful to her. A symbol of how a customer service officer should be. GREAT!”

“Wonderful response to our call today in the Forest of Dean x The young man who answered our call, but was originally from Romford as is my friend, who sadly we didn’t catch his name, was absolutely wonderful, waited while I ran to nearest house for postcode & after an hour and half our Knight in shining armour Clarke appeared, took us back to our holiday cottage & took our van back home, as we’re here for a wedding tomorrow x Were now now relaxing with a glass of wine after organising a lift to wedding tomorrow & family coming to fetch us on Monday x”

“Broke down on the side of a busy sliproad for the first time in my life. My clutch was bust and I couldn't move. On the edge of a mental breakdown, I rang RAC and my hero of the day, Chris arrived 20 minutes later. He cheered me up some and towed me to safety. Despite reeling over the cost of repairs, I am grateful to my past self for getting breakdown coverage as the expenses could have been far worse. I am also grateful for choosing the exceptional service that is RAC over it's competitors. Highly recommend, forever grateful. Chris - the man, the myth, the legend....cheers dude! 🙏 -Steve”

“Amazing service. I had a puncture on the motorway. They were there within 10 minutes and had the tyre changed in 5 minutes - amazing!!! Really nice bloke that made me feel safe, even at the side of a fast rush hour motorway.”

“Ref driver Mechanic Jim 2726 gloucestershire. Hi there. I have just had a fantastic experience with an RAC driver / mechanic. I was broken down on my Honda Blackbird due to the battery not charging and dying on me. He kindly stopped just because I was in a dangerous position on a 3 lane junction. He went around the roundabout again and pulled up behind and protected me with his large van. He then assessed the situation and briefly charged my battery for 10 mins which was enough to get me home.he then kindly followed my route to Newent in Gloucestershire to make sure I got home safe. About 8 miles. The good deed he did gave me belief in the RAC but also belief in the fact there is some very good people out there that care about us motorist and potentially saved me from a bad accident. Thank you Jim. I hope the RAC appreciate you as much as I do. Thank you RAC”

“My car is insured with Hastings Direct linked with RAC. I couldn’t start my Mini Cooper Countryman in a Aldershot service station. The RAC was with me within minutes and helped me above and beyond. I was more than grateful for such service. Elizabeth Clements, Aldershot.”

“I booked the RAC mobile mechanic service to replace my shock absorber. A mechanic named Sunny came and he was super efficient and polite, I would definitely use this service again. Thanks Sunny 👍🏻”
