Being a scam victim can depressing, you were given empty promises. They usually stop replying after achieving their aim with hurts even more, i have been there too as i was too ambitious and wanted financial security which made me invest a huge chunk of my life savings. I never thought i would be getting back a dime back and already lost hope until i contacted a team which was just a leap of faith as i wasn't going to go down without a fight. 17.9.24 Reporting breakdown was straight forward. Although no human option available to speak to. I gave all breakdown details via text. Technology was then able to pin point my exact location. Luckily I did have signal. Not sure how it would have gone if not, as there doesn’t seem to be any option to speak to a human in the initial process. James (breakdown recovery) then called me within a very short space of time to say he would be with me in 15 minutes. Thankyou James you were fantastic. Extremely professional, talking me through everything that was happening. Then went above and beyond and took me and the car the over half an hour drive home, after his shift has ended so I didn’t have to wait alone at the services for another pick up truck. By this point it was dark. Thankyou so much James, I really do appreciate what you did. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had over years been an AA member and chose to switch to the RAC, best decision I ever made.. I had an issue injuly with my car bettery and called the RAC fror assistance the engineedr arrided some 1 hour later and after checking my battery told me it was difunked and that I needed a new one that he colud not replace. Haing told me this he called his conrol centre and explained my sitation and got them to authorise to replace the battery under my battery replacement clause in my policy which from a contractual stand point they did not have to do.. Its this sort of service that makes the RAC streets ahead of other breakdon services. I would recommend the RAC to be the first choice for everyone

Reece (the mechanic) was fantastic. Can’t fault him in the slightest. Friendly to chat too, found the fault in my car and explained all to myself. Towed my car back to designed destination. First time using RAC and I certainly can’t fault it. Thank you again Reece for your help!

Got stuck in Blackpool with a seized front break they acted swiftly after struggling a bit with the app. Stan the Mechanic got us back home very efficiently and courteously .

The RAC tilt tray truck #609 driver Eddie from Serin Towing and Recovery is a brilliant operator. Eddie transported a very rare and expensive motorcycle for us after a breakdown. An absolute professional, thanks RAC and thankyou Eddie for looking after our ride.D

After 19 hours finally I managed to get my car to the repair center. It took too long but to be honest when I met the recovery guy Dean (who was a third party recovery company) who managed to get me and my wife half the way to our home and then the RAC team member Blessing took over and recovered our car to the repair center. Mr. Blessing turned out to be a blessing for us. I read too many negative reviews about RAC, it could be distressing and frustrating but RAC is there to assist their customers and people need to keep some patience with them as what I believe they are probably short of staff around the M62 and M6. Anyways, I would recommend RAC and all the best.

Had a nice chap come out to me this morning, he was extremely handsome and helpful. He only had to replace a coil (?) but I would rather of let him smash my gearbox ;)

The call centre staff were so helpful. Kept me updated and patrol was there in no time. My car couldn’t be fixed there a then as it was a dpf issue so they towed me to a local garage. Fantastic service all round !

On arriving at a site with my caravan had a problem with the jockey wheel and couldn't unhitch. Couldn't report on line but phone answered quickly and mechanic Kyle, arrived within 30 minutes and cured the problem within a few minutes. Couldn't have asked for better service! Thank you!

I spoke with a gentleman called Jack Morley regarding my breakdown cover renewal. He was very helpful, clear to understand, friendly and had a proactive attitude. This made me feel confident in renewing my policy. Thanks Jack!

The rac patrol (Brandon) was excellent. Good communication, quick response to my breakdown and a fast solution. This guy made a stressful incident, easy to deal with, I was back on the road in 15 minutes. Thank you Brandon, 5 stars for you.

January of this year 2024 my son reported his van would not start at 7.20pm it took them till 1.45 am of the following morning to get someone to him and they said this acceptable well by by RAC Hello AA When renewal is due .

Just spoke to a Customer Service officer named Gabriel located, I think, in the RAC office in Perth. Such a pleasure talking to her and she was so helpful and eager to help me in my difficulty. I had absolutely no problem addressing my issue and I am so grateful to her. A symbol of how a customer service officer should be. GREAT!
