“I have an insurance to replace my battery, I visited my local MB Dealer who informed me that the reason my stop start has stopped working is down to a faulty battery, within two hours of contacting RAC the faulty battery was replaced”

“I'm 81, disabled and hard of hearing. Today my Grand Picasso broke down for the first time in 163,000 miles. Phoned the RAC and they got to me in an hour. Fitted a temporary battery after diagnosing a failed alternator and followed me to my garage. Took their battery off. Andy was polite and friendly as was the telephonist. No complaints, thank you.”

“I needed a home start .. unfortunately I did not get the name of my angel in orange but I can honestly say he was most courteous, friendly and very helpful and I would highly recommend the RAC to provide a great service!”

“I broke down on a duel carriageway this morning call rac he arrived and was so good even though he couldn’t mend it he made sure I was safe and stayed with me till the recovery came as I was on my own I wish I got his name big thankyou to him x”

“Broke down on A1(m)yesterday,the lad that attended couldn't have been more helpful shame his company wasn't the same.Were left stranded at Washington services so Brandon(who was so helpful & friendly)rang a mate that could recover us to our home address.He couldn't have been more helpful if he had tried,an absolute pleasure & a massive asset to his company.”

“Great customer service friendly and took me 50 miles home!! Make sure you get the full nationwide coverage though not 10 miles it’s well worth it!!! Ben was the name of the guy who helped me😁”

“Broke down on motorcycle today on a motorcycle rally couldn't replace part so contacted breakdown only waited a hour and half come with a trailer and took me home absolute brilliant bloke”

“Today my new car wouldn’t start so I rang RAC and they said they would send a mechanic and he would arrive within the hour - which he did. His name is Brett and he was so friendly and polite and fixed the problem and discussed how and what I should do if ever the issue arose again. I was very impressed with his knowledge and excellent customer service. Many thanks Brett.”

“The mechanic came to my home to fix my car, after I explained what had happened, and had managed to get my car safely home, the mechanic who was named shaun dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently, explaining what he had done... many thanks to rac, but a massive thank you to shaun awesome customer service 100%... 😀”

“We had broken down in devon this weekend thankfully they turned really bad news into good news thought car had had it they got us back on the road home to Suffolk we could not thank them enough if it was not for them we would have benn left stranded not able to return home well done to rac”

“I broke down on Sunday the 4th on the M4 near Royal Wooten Basset . I called the breakdown number & the service I got was impeccable they kept ringing me they informed the Highway patrol which could see me on CCTV & sent out someone to check on us . We only waited just over an hour and Justin the RAC recovery driver was brilliant . Thankyou you so much”

“Husband & I broke down on a tricky hill between Bath & Bradford on Avon yesterday. First RAC van came to move us in 15 mins, second van that brought us home only another 15 mins later. Excellent service - thank you!”

“Rac shocking. Thank God for your subcontractor e and s. Really poor service no care. Children with us (daughter is autistic). Left us and said around 10pm for collection. If it wasn't for the guy from e and s using his initiative we wouldn't be heading home. Rac take note of some of these reviews please. Will be escalating.”
