“Had to get the RAC out today . The patrol who came out has gone beyond what he should have . Followed us home to make sure we got back ok . Would recommend this breakdown firm to anyone . Very friendly Guy. Worth your weight in gold.”

“Call out today at my local supermarket so only 5 minutes from home ! Van just lost power, Kev from RAC arrived in three quarters of an hour ! He carried out all the checks , no problem showing, tried the ignition again & of course van started ! Kev followed me home, explained everything to my husband . Van going to garage to see if any fault can be found ! One of life’s mysteries”

“Absolutely unbelievable. I've recently joined after 40 years with the AA. I had a recurring problem and the AA kept telling me different things all of wich were wrong. The guy came last night diagnosed the problem exsplaning exactly what it was and actually fixed it. Gave me good advice . This guy was 100% top marks to you sir and thankyou 40 years wasted with the AA.”

“I was reading through the horrible reviews with trepidation as i had bought breakdown cover with my new car insurance in December and RAC was the breakdown they used. Firstly RAC updated me every step of the way. Stephen who then rang to say he'd be there in 40 mins, and told me to wait at home until he arrived at my car (5 mins away). He was apologetic that I'd had to wait at all. He was so helpful and kind, and towed my car to the garage and then rang me to say it was all booked in and they had my car key. The garage then rang to tell me the same information. Really pleased and grateful at how efficient it all was and and Steve was so knowledgeable and courteous.”

“I called RAC because my car would not start. A young man called Conner came out to me. It was my battery which needed replacing. Connor was very personable and very helpful. He was efficient and knew his job well. I was delighted with his service approach . Thank you so much for all your help as it was a very cold night and really icy. I would have been lost without my car as it’s my lifeline to so much . Thank you RAC for your valuable service. Patricia.”

“I had spent 90 mins this morning stuck in the snow, not a member of RAC but a guy saw me at the side of the road and gave assistance, thank you so much, didn't get his name but he was in Wickersley S66 around 8.30am, my car was a black Mercedes, would love this to be passed onto him. Thank You 👍😊”

“I couldn’t believe how quickly the gentleman, Glenn, arrived. He was very polite and so helpful, and fixed my issue in under an hour which included having to go and get a new battery for my car! I can’t be happier with the service the RAC have given me today Thank you!”

“broke down in stafford on my way home from Oxford . Sam came to my rescue he was amazing so reassuring as i was very anxious about continuing my journey home. He got me home safely. His way was so professional and nothing was too much trouble thanks Sam”

“Car died 80 miles from home with 4 kids in car and a lot of luggage was unfixable roadside I have recovery and onward travel extras which were only a few quid on top of yearly price they were with me around half hour after reporting breakdown . . towed me and kids 45 mins to my mums and got me a hire car in hour and half of arriving and then took my car 112 miles to my home address the same day my car was back at my address before I was ... brilliant service friendly staff and super helpful well worth the money .. honestly don't know what I would of done without them thankyou :)”

“Wow this was my first call out since I joined RAC and the customer service was FANTASTICK Tony ARIVED on time and had my Harley sorted in no time quick temporary repair to the gear change got home safely a real FREINDLY guy TOTALY knoledgeble would RECOMEND RAC TO ANY ONE THANKS TONY KNIGHT OF THE ROAD OH YEAH MAN RIDE SAFE JOHN”

“A really good bloke came quickly, diagnosed the problem (battery) quickly and accurately and got me a new battery. He explained what type I needed (lorry battery for an old landrover), went and bought one and fitted it to the battery chamber. That took 20 minutes. He was courteous and friendly throughout, even when I didn't answer my phone or wait for him to finish. Top job.”

“Great service today by a technician called adam who attended my mums honda jazz in the sk6 area of Stockport to replace a failed battery He was polite and very courteous to my mum who needs the ar for hospital visits.if somebody van pass on our thanks that will be appreciated My mums surname without giving to much away begins with TH and the car is a 57 plate.”
