“Excellent customer service from your on site concierge team at The Sphere addressing an issue getting my bar coodes up.
On the negative side the obstruction notice was not clear that the dome would be almost totally obscured while sitting in $650 tickets. The picture of the seat locationns were dark and did not reflect the location issues.”
“Everything was transparent except the seat choice. However, the seats selected were good so I can’t complain. I just wish I had a choice because the guy I was with preferred aisle seats because he’s on the heavier side.”

“It was easy enough purchasing the tickets and subsequently getting them through Ticketmaster but a little tedious. Ticket surcharges are way too high on everyone’s platform though.
The Pixies did not disappoint but the venues beer and food prices were ridiculously high.”
“Tickets and parking pass came easy and fast. Parking was fine but leaving out of the garage took over an hour. Parking garage needs a better process to get all out timely.”
“The experience was smooth. My only issue is when I sold a ticket, the settlement is via bank transfer in 5-8 biz days. Seems like settlement s/b a credit to the original form of payment (i.e., credit to my credit card).”
