“The Ticket wasnt a scam which can happen with resellers so happy for that because I got my ticket transferred to Ticket Master the day of purchase . Which in my opinion it should be that way anyways. So happy customer and went to my concert :)”

“When I cannot get tickets through presale or ticket app, I have made purchases through Stubhub. I have had no issues at all with the many tickets I have sourced from Stubhub. The only issue I find annoying sometimes is not knowing where the allocated seats or section is until after I purchase, and of course the Fees and Vat. If it wasn’t for Stubhub I believe we would have missed the opportunity to see artists in concert. There are more concerts to come too that we are yet to see at various venues - Sydney, Australia.”
“Happy with my purchase. Would have liked to receive the parking pass a bit earlier. I was getting nervous because I got a notice that said it would arrive only 4 days before the event. It did come a week before but I was still nervous. Would have liked it 2 weeks before event.”
“Tickets for the event were all good. The Parking option through ParkWhiz was horrible. We paid $30 in advance for reserved parking. Upon arrival, the lot is 5 MILES from the venue. Fortunately public transportation was nearby. $5/person for the four of us, and we arrived at the venue 45 minutes late. Concert and ticketing was great. After, a long wait and crowded train back to the parking lot (another $20 for the four people). Much hassle using the QR code that was provided by ParkWhiz. I asked the attendant what the normal rate would be for the evening: only $6!!! I got ripped off by ParkWhiz. I would never recommend ParkWhiz to anyone.”
“This was my first time to use Stub Hub. Unfortunately, I did not understand that I would not get my tickets right away. I was very nervous because I just was not clear on how it worked.
The tickets were ready a full day before advertised. So, if I had understood that and chosen to go ahead and get the tickets through Stub Hub then I would have been satisfied.
I believe that there should be a clear explaination of how the process works before you reserve and pay for the tickets!”
“The buying experience for this parking pass was easy, but the download to my Apple Wallet failed for reasons unknown. After it failed, I lost the ability to make a second attempt. I went back through the steps multiple times and even tried workarounds from your Help page, but nothing worked. Fortunately, the worker at the garage entry barrier allowed me to enter based on the email from StubHub and the CFG (Baltimore) Arena. This was frustrating especially as the event tickets bought through Stubhub worked just fine.”
“It was a good concert, the only thing I saw wrong was that you couldn't stand on the aisle or in front near the stage, I guess a group like this people want a dance so need to have room for those people. If it can't happen we need to come out with something to keep the people seated down so everybody else can see the concert, But overall was an awesome concert. Good Job!!!”

“Having a parking pass, made it much easier for us to find a parking space before entering the game. Unfortunately, where our parking pass was located, was on the opposite side of the stadium where our seats were located. From that, we really got “ our walk on”.”
