“This is the WORST company to use for tickets. STAY AWAY
I purchased tickets to the F1 in Singapore 2 months in advance and they left me waiting for the tickets until the day of the event only to tell me that they couldn’t get tickets.
DISGUSTING !!!!”
“First of all there was NO INDICATION that the parking was THREE MILES from the venue. Secondly, the price charged was grossly inflated over face value. Will NEVER buy parking from StubHub again! It worked, that's the only reason for giving any stars.”
“Getting the parking pass worked out great for me! After the game ended I was in my car and gone within about 7minutes. StubHub was easy to use and I avoided trying to find parking when I arrived.”
“Atrocious customer service. Customer did not follow instructions for sale, I contacted the customer service at 6am(sale was at midnight). Stubhub emailed to say the deadline had passed and removed tickets from my account. They then called a day later (while I was at work) and wanted a response within 40 minutes. No response from a human. They are now threatening me with a £46 charge despite their lack of communication and mixed messages. It took a week to get a response to myself. I asked for it to be escalated and they refuse. Avoid avoid avoid!”
“The only thing I would say that I didn't like was that for online transfer tickets you have to wait for the day of the show for your ticket to show up. This made me feel like maybe I wouldn't get my ticket on time which for me makes me have anxiety because I literally have to drive hours for shows so it would be nice to have the tickets the day prior.”
“Had a horrible experience. Purchased two tickets for a show and was denied entry because they were already used. Buyer beware. Never again!!! Customer service refused to help me in any way after a lengthy back and forth. I had to open up a dispute with my payment company. They say 100% guarantee; that is a lie!”
“Frustrating experience! It took over 3 weeks to finally get the right tickets. First I was sent the wrong tickets to the wrong game with the parking location in another city 12 miles away. Then after countless attempts dealing with your customer service team over that 3 week period via live chat, email, and telephone there was success.”
