I was very anxious as I still had to get to the stadium and had no tickets. I contacted StubHub customer service. The virtual assistant referred me to a live assistant who quickly arranged for the StubHub team to get me replacement tickets. I received replacement tickets for excellent seats at no extra charge and was able to get to the stadium in time for kickoff and my son and I had a very enjoyable evening at a great game. “Tickets came but it would’ve be nice to have a better approximation of where I’d be sitting like center or off center to the left or right etc. I questioned the legitimacy of the ticket but was glad it was legit. I would’ve been more reassured if the refund policy was 100% but upon speaking with your AI chatbot support it was revealed that your guarantee is contingent and it is actually not fully guaranteed so that lowered confidence level slightly.”
