“We had a problem receiving our FIFA tickets, so we contacted customer service for StubHub. He assured us that we would have tickets or refund before the match started in 2 1/2 hours. He expedited us to the front of the queue so that we could receive our tickets and enjoy the game.”
“I bought the concert tickets 8 months in advance of the show and had to book travel because the venue was out of state. I was nervously refreshing the app on the day of the show and then realized the seller did not send me my tickets via email before their deadline, which is 3 hours before the show. Through Stub Hub's fan/customer guarantee policy, I was able to select alternate seating through their app. I was panicked but ultimately happy.”

“My experience with StubHub regarding my World Cup tickets has been extremely disappointing and stressful.
I felt significant anxiety due to the timing of ticket delivery which often comes very close to the event. ( never received the tickets). I don’t understand why StubHub does not require sellers to deliver tickets at least a few hours before the event starts. A policy like that would greatly reduce stress and create a more reliable experience for buyers. Right now, there seems to be limited accountability and weak enforcement of seller obligations.
Waiting until the last minute for ticket delivery is emotionally exhausting and unnecessarily stressful for customers. While sellers have the right to earn money, there must also be trust, responsibility, and respect for buyers. Without those, the overall experience becomes frustrating and unreliable.
When I purchased these tickets in August 2025, I did not expect that the June 26 match would become one of the most in-demand games in Boston. I was excited for the event, but the uncertainty and last-minute delivery process made the experience very difficult.
I also feel there is a lack of leadership attention in addressing these issues, and it does not seem to be a priority.
Because of this experience, I do not plan to use StubHub again. I hope other ticket marketplaces adopt stronger policies that ensure timely delivery and provide a more dependable and less stressful experience for customers.”
