“Well I never received tickets in email provided, it was for the Backstreet Boys show on 08/10/2025 at the Sphere, I called you guys and person on phone did make it right when she resent tickets using a different email, to my original email on file. And I was able to download logging into my Ticketmaster acct As They were sent It was for Order #620323324”
“Stubborn sent me a email for a concert i was attending. It was to add parking. I haven't been to a concert in years. With fees it was $80 after all was said and done. We got there and the venue was only charging $20. Yes I'm an idiot. But just posting so no one else has this happen.”
“Do not buy your tickets through Stubhub!!! I was sold tickets and given the same seats as some family members and they absolutely refused to refund my money and let me buy different seats. All together we paid for 5 tickets though two different purchases and were given 3 seats because some of them overlapped. I was told over and over again that they do not do refunds and all sales are final even when the mistake is theirs. Dishonest company and horrible customer service!! Buy your tickets somewhere else!!!”
“I am from Wales (UK) and found myself in St Louis on match day. Looked for tickets online, foubd them easily and cheep with Stubhub, App and tickets paid for and downloaded in minutes. Excellent service. Tim Davies”
“I purchased tickets on stubhub then resold the tickets on stubhub then stubhub sends me proof of sold and transfer of the tickets then stubhub does not transfer the tickets and tells me that the proof of transfer they sent me is not proof of transfer. Total scam! Will never use scamhub again”

I accidentally clicked on wrong location for a venue & Stub Hub lied saying they'd fix it after processed, 2-3 business days. They said I'd get my money returned to Pay Pal Credit after that was done. So since I trusted Stub Hub, I bought a second set of tickets through Pay Pal Credit. I then called Stub Hub to make sure they processed & the charges were reversed. The guy at Stub Hub laughed & said I was not getting my money back!!! I trusted Stub Hub to rectify the situation and they would not! Pay Pal Credit disputed both transactions. I spent a total over $3200. I fought this over 2 yrs & since I'm a senior & wanted to get this monkey off my back I paid the tickets off! I figured it would cost the same amount through an attorney!
Extremely unethical & stole $3200. Neither sets of tickets were used!!!!”

“I bought tickets 2 months ago and I have not received tickets right away and I let them know I haven’t by calls; emails and chats; didn’t hear anything back from the “escalation” and today is the concert and I called again. They said “technical issue” happened and I will be getting tickets. The problem is I need to drive 3 hrs and without any tickets just spending my time for no reason because they have guaranteed refund. I DON’T CARE it is not how you should treat your customers. The tickets are $350 and go there without knowing if I actually visit the concert. This is unbelievably disrespectful. PLEASE NEVER USE THEIR WEBSITE TO BUY TICKETS.
