“Buyers Beware! I purchased tickets on May 18, 2025 for a concert scheduled on July 19, 2025 and received an email from StbHub a few weeks later, which included a link for me to accept tickets. However, the link was no longer active. I called Customer Service and was on hold for 81 minutes and still the issue was not Resolved! Thus, I visited Ticketmaster website and received an email the Same Day to accept tickets. This was a seamless process.Please Buyers Beware of purchasing tickets from StubHub. BTW, not until after I reported StubHub to my credit card is when I received an email from StubHub requesting that I accept tickets the day before the concert. Really? Again, Buyers Beware!”
