“My wife purchased tickets to the Baltimore VS Browns game for me for Father’s Day. We fly home to attend the game this past weekend. We were told that the owner had until 10 am on game day to release the tickets but we never received them. Go to the ticket office and inquire and the ticket office said to call stubhub. We were told by the ticket office at MT Bank stadium the tickets were for a row that did not exist. After contacting stubhub customer service we were informed that the seller still wanted to release the tickets to us but, as I said the section does not exist! They hung up on us and then tried to offer us new tickets in the nose bleed section instead of the area we purchased. If you don’t want to get scammed think twice about using them to purchase tickets!!!! You have been warned!!! Never again!!”
“Genuinely awful. I only use stubhub because they pretty much have the ticketing market cornered and I’m forced to use them for a lot of the shows I attend. First big issue was When We Were Young 2024, they weren’t going to ship wristbands to me until the day of the show. Had to speak to 3 different managers to get them to change it and ship the wristbands before and even then, they were extremely rude, as if it were my fault. Now, they’ve allowed someone to hack my account, transfer my Riot Fest Ticket without my permission, and are once again only able to REVIEW the problem on the same day I’m supposed to be at the festival… They will also place you on an indefinite hold when you ask to speak to a manger. STUBHUB is unfathomably unhelpful with the worst customer service imaginable, second only to AT&T’s customer service.”
