“I got tickets for The George Lopez show. On StubHub it shows postponed. According to their policy at the show is postponed you cannot get a refund you can sell your tickets once the show is rescheduled. On every other site you look at there is already a reschedule date for the show but StubHub is not recognizing it so they are just holding on to my money and I can't resell or get a refund although I have sent them proof that the show has been rescheduled. Check out the Better Business Bureau before making a purchase. If the show does not get postponed you're fine.”
“Ordered tickets to see Alan Jackson's last concert in Nashville. Purchase was easy, but the tickets did not transfer immediately from the Seller. I contacted SH 4-5 times over the months from when I bought the tickets all the way up to 2 days before the concert... was definitely worried given that I purchased flights/hotel. BUT, SH ended up upgrading our seats due the the SH guarantee and some issue with the initial ticket transfer. The agents were very helpful and very reassuring throughout the process, and all worked out! Entry was seamless, and the concert experience was amazing. Thank you to StubHub for providing a ticket guarantee - will be purchasing through SH again!!!”
“My initial StubHub purchase was great. We selected seats to a Twins baseball game. The approximate views were fairly representative and very useful in making our selections. Completion of the purchase was easy and tickets were downloaded in minutes. We had them before going through the gates for scanning.”
“While in Toronto I wanted to see a World Cup match.
I decided to trust SH for 3 tickets. Expensive = yes however the tickets were transferred the owner via the system very quickly and S H offered protection so we were reassured .
Great experience at Croatia V Panama”
“I've had problems with Stubhub before due to my internsrional credir card and telephone number. So I was weary of using them for my WC2026 Tickets.
But I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to purchase the ticket. It came through in around 12 hrs from the reseller who transfered it using the FIFA 2026 site.
I had a top time at the event, I only wish all events were as well run as this one. I will try Stubhub again.”
“Purchased the tickets a couple of weeks before the Journey show, only to find out that the tickets will not arrive until after 4:30pm on the date of the show (which starts at 7:30pm)
4:40pm we still did not have our tickets but did find an email asking if we had. Lots of logins to be done to received "transferred" tickets.
Everything went ok, but there must be a way to receive the tickets prior to the day of the show.
I have purchased from Stubhub previously and had tickets early to know that I would in fact receive the tickets.”
“The process was extremely uncertain and difficult until the very end when StubHub stepped in to ensure that my purchase was valid and updated my original seats. I was pleased at the outcome, but it took a lot of patience to get there.”
“Easy purchasing process and the game experience was amazing! What could be better was the seat section I chose had too many opposing team fans. If StubHub and others can help designate “preferred” home vs away sections the overall atmosphere would be much more enjoyable for all.”
“Super easy to purchase a he tickets for my family and friend’s family. Got 7 tickets all together and was able to send his tickets to him since we wouldn’t be arriving to the stadium together.”
“Parking pass eased me from having to look for parking. The parking garage offered shuttle service to the main gate which was an asset to me who walks very slowly. Able to find mg car easily after the event. Definitely worth the price as I’m not a fan of public transportation.”
