“Horrible customer service, very unclear about their policies and get lie about what your view will look like. We were mislead into buying completely obstructed view seating for 400$ and because we didn’t somehow know that before the event started they are refusing to issue us a refund. If I could leave less the 1 star I would”
“Happy with purchase! It was easy to find tickets I was happy with. Prices were affordable compared to other sites. I received confirmation and tickets quickly after purchase, and was able to download right to my Apple wallet. Overall satisfied.”
“Poor Customer Service and resolution. They don't care about the consumer and they don't have anything in place to resolve or correct issues and errors on their end. Hence no refunds. The customer service department is in another country outside of the U S. and all they do is lie to you and repeat the same scripted statement over and over again. Asking to speak to a manager for overrides is the same outcome as speaking to a rep. I will never use them again and I will encourage anyone I know not to use them.”

“Everything was perfect. We had really comfortable seats in a partial box. Wait staff was attentive and efficient. Private bathroom had no lines and departing the venue was easy. Great experience!”
