“StubHub’s fan protect plan is a scam and they have absolutely no intention of refunding your money when your tickets aren’t delivered on time. Customer service reps will yell at you, hang up on you and refuse any responsibility. “StubHub is a third party and not responsible for sellers not providing tickets purchased.””
“4 hours before the WNBA they asked me to accept tickets from another seller since the original purchase, which was months prior, had some type of issue with the seller. Never received new tickets although they told me to wait up to an hour before the game. What a ridiculous response when I have to leave over 2 hours in advance to get to the game. I ended up buying Ticketmaster tickets 30 minutes before tipoff and waited days and countless hours on the phone to finally get back my $60 refund. I have purchased tickets in the past without issues but NEVER again. Customer service was pitiful.”

“Horrible customer service. Sold 2 tickets through them. Transfer would not work. Wait times of over 45 minutes (several times in a 24 hour period) without getting through to customer service. Finally got through by calling at 6 am and still at 1 hour in a call without a resolution and the tickets being transferred. Exorbitant fees $40 plus per ticket to have this horrible experience. Buy elsewhere!”

“I’m extremely disappointed with Stub Hub and their service. They canceled my tickets without any prior notice but still charged me the full \$70. After realizing this, I reached out to their customer support multiple times, hoping to resolve the issue and get either a refund or my tickets delivered. Unfortunately, I never received a proper response or the tickets I paid for. Losing \$70 like this is incredibly frustrating, especially given the lack of communication and accountability. I expected a much better experience and would caution others before using Stub Hub.”

I don't understand what took them so long to email us The tickets or letting us know that we can't have those tickets. I tried to go by different lawn tickets. “StubHub is a scam! I bought 2 tickets to a comedy show. When I made the purchase the page said it was $200 for 2 tickets but on the last apple pay page on which I clicked through to fast it changed to $400. So now I've been charged double what I thought I was being charged. Then in my panic I ended up on the actual venue's web site and found that the actual cost for tickets was $31 each. So yeah! I paid $400 for tickets I could have gotten at the door for $62. That's a 645% markup. Never use StubHub! No regulation on sellers! No refunds! It is an unethical platform!”
“Stubhub gets paid when your tickets sell but will hold on to the money for a week after the sale to take advantage of the money “float”. Transfer should be immediately following the event.”

“Stub Hub is a crappy scam company. I bought tickets a year in advance to a concert. Never got the tickets, they made me wait until an hour before the concert, which I drove 4 hours to go to and got 3 hotel rooms for. Then they offered me obstructed view upper deck tickets to replace the tickets that i bought which were 100 level seating. They would not let me speak to a manager, I ended up using ticketmaster last minute for new tickets. Complete Scam, never use stub hub.”
