“I looked for tickets three months in advance to a Dallas Mavericks Milwaukee Bucks game March 1. At the time it seemed all the tickets at the American Airlines Center were expensive. So I purchased three tickets for approximately $180 each in the upper level. The total bill with taxes came to $684. On the day of the game I could have bought the tickets for $40 each. I felt taken advantage of because I did not know that StubHub could offer tickets for prices much higher than what they are worth. Well, that’s great for the seller, but the buyer feels like a fool. I will not buy tickets through StubHub again and I will do more research on what the average cost of tickets are at a particular venue next time.”

“I don’t recommend this website to anyone. Save your self time and money. I wasn’t able to access my tickets, I try to log in to my account and wasn’t able to. I try several times with a one time access code to access my tickets on their website. Every time I got the same error message INVALID code. I had to pay again for my ticket at the event. After I try to get a refund for my ticket amd no luck.”

“We ordered hockey tickets and parking the parking was a joke It was set at Fogo de Chao restaurant the pin for valet was way off they said the parking is open from 6:00 to 11:00 and it was not It was only open 6:00 to 9:00 so I made the valet find me a place that I could pick up after the game and dinner It was a basic joke for parking so since it was valet I not only paid but then of course I had to tip the valet and only had a $20 bill was the smallest I had Nice guy though”
“My email and password are not recognised on the app, so I can access my mobile only tickets, even though I can login on the website. Stubhub support was of no use at all. THe best advice they could give was to wait 10 minutes, "to let it cool down" , and thne try again. NO HELP AT ALL>”
“Do not purchase tickets from StubHub. I paid for my tickets this past Thursday, the seller sent me the incorrect tickets. The event is tonight at 9 PM, I made my first phone call to StubHub at 11:13 this morning and it is now almost 7 o’clock and I still have not received my tickets. Worst experience ever. This was supposed to be an anniversary gift to my husband and now our day ruined.”
“I’m so UPSET with stubhub. I never received the tickets I purchased and they charged ME a cancellation fee of $848!!!! I’ve asked repeatedly for reversal of the fee for almost 3 months. Stubhub says over and over, 5 days, it will be 5 days. This is deplorable service. I didn’t cancel, they did.”
