“I bought a ticket for an event that was postponed indefinitely, and not only did I later discover that it was cheaper on other, more reliable platforms, but I also requested a refund because I won't be able to attend the event at that location anymore, since I don't live in that state permanently. They were told that the only thing I can do is wait for a definitive date for when they reschedule it (which could be a long time from now), and then try to sell the ticket, and if I can't, well, I've lost all my money and it's basically not their problem!”

“From US, I cannot order the Japan concert ( Kiyono Yasuno) ticket directly without Japan credit card. Via Stub hub, I got my ticket and able to go to the concert.
1. Stubhub gave me the Japan phone number and the reservation number. I can get the ticket from Family Mart in Japan
2. It cost more but I think it is reasonable!!”
