“Had a great experience ordering tickets for blue wahoos game on day of the game. Process was easy and fast, delivery of tickets was quick and added them to my phone wallet. It was a problem free process and I look forward to using stub hub again”

“The listing had assigned seats to the Kentucky Derby. What I got were General Admission tickets. I immediately notified them (5 days before the event). They repeatedly claimed that my issue was being "escalated immediately". Each day they told me to wait for a resolution. They never offered or provided assigned seats. Finally on the day of the event, they said they'd process a refund. TOTALLY WORTHLESS "FanProtect Guarantee".”
“Bait and switched my tickets from tickets with seat numbers to standing room only. Scam. Canceled through my credit card and fought with stub hub willing got refunded. Fight till you get your money back!”
“StubHub is the WORST! I found out that I purchased tickets marketed/advertised as “clear view” when in fact they were VERY obstructed/limited view and got a letter of confirmation from The Sphere itself telling me that the limited/obstructed views start at row 25 and I was in row 35! I contacted them several times months before the show (considering I bought them in December 2025 and was trying to resolve it until 4/24/2026 and they promised me better replacement tickets only for them to refund me an hour before the show leaving me shut out (not to mention that I traveled from NY to Las Vegas, NV solely for this event and the plethora of times I escalated the dispute and spoke with supervisors at StubHub and was told not to worry and I would get replacement tickets was completely FALSE!!!!) They literally refunded me an hour before the show started which is exactly the situation I wanted to avoid months ago and it was exactly the situation they put me in. One of the worst experiences dealing with a “somewhat reputable” company, however after researching a bit they received an F rating from the Better Business Bureau and many other people have similar stories and they have had no repercussions from any of the instances. Do not deal with StubHub!!!”
