“Stub Hub is a crappy scam company. I bought tickets a year in advance to a concert. Never got the tickets, they made me wait until an hour before the concert, which I drove 4 hours to go to and got 3 hotel rooms for. Then they offered me obstructed view upper deck tickets to replace the tickets that i bought which were 100 level seating. They would not let me speak to a manager, I ended up using ticketmaster last minute for new tickets. Complete Scam, never use stub hub.”
“Got good seats at a great price. Was a little unnerving waiting for the tickets to be released to me (took a few days from the time I ordered till receiving them) but otherwise a great experience!”
“I purchased 4 tickets of which 2 were transferred to friends we were meeting at Yankees Stadium. The transfer did not work well, so the back office team corrected the problem in two days.”
“Enabled me to find a great deal on tickets to a Yankees game while I was on vacation with my family. The process of purchasing and then showing our tickets at the gate was very simple.”
“Never got tickets because they got canceled day of had to request new ones and never got them and had to leave the concert. Then got charged for not transferring tickets when I tried to resell them but didnt even have the tickets to then not even be able to use them bc they were unavailable. Never using stubhub ever again”
“Do not purchase from StubHub. They completely ruined my birthday. I purchased Broadway tickets for myself and nine family members, only to discover upon arrival, after traveling two hours to New York City, that our tickets had already been resold and scanned. Someone else was sitting in our seats.
What should have been a special celebration turned into a complete disaster. After spending nearly an hour on the phone with StubHub, the only resolution they offered was a reimbursement within 7–10 days. No immediate assistance, no alternative arrangements, just disappointment.
This was truly a heartbreaking experience, and my birthday was ruined because of StubHub’s negligence.”
