“We ordered tickets to a show in the spheres in Las Vegas . Paid online, however stubhub did not send the tickets via email. SH kept saying they did and could not send it again, and this was 48 hrs out , on the day of the show still no tickets, and SH did not contact us on the status, like they said . 30 min before show SH said just go to the sphere and pick it up… wtf. The person who sold the ticket could be reach and customer svc person sounded like he was in India. What a cluster … we opt for a refund online and dunno how that’ll turn out . When things go wrong SH customer svc cannot help you out . What a waste of time . Never will use them again”

“Purchased tickets for the Eric Andre show for about $200, and I got my email with my code for the tickets. Went to put in the code and had my tickets in my account. I get to the doors of the venue, after driving about 2 hours out of my way, just for the tickets to not be in my account. I purchased two other tickets after the stubhub ones the same day I got the stubhub ones, so I brought two extra friends (4 of us total). Scanned their tickets from ticket master, and when I went to find mine and my husband’s on stubhub they couldn’t be found; my friend ended up purchasing me and my husband a last minute ticket right outside the venue so we didn’t waste two hours of driving there and two hours driving home. Since sales are final, I won’t be getting my $200 back, and I’ve learned I’ll never ever in a million years use them again or recommend them to a friend. Unreliable, a scam, and not worth the hassle…if I’m going to be f***** by a ticket company, then it’ll be ticket master; rather pay their fees than to be shafted tickets”

Called StubHub they confirmed I had purchased a ticket for June 6 but the had no responsibility and would not issue a refund although there website offers 100% refund if the tickets arent delivered ...

“Not sure how this company is allowed operate. I looked behind the transaction curtain and found that in most cases they rarely have the tickets, or the seller's. It's a poorly written algorithm that generates tickets available based on market demand and market sales. They then go fishing for buyers, they then make false sales to buyers. Once the buyer engages with payment for services, StubHub use's their money on the open trading market to make money with the hidden float within their transaction system. They do facilitate and execute on their core business model but the real money exists in the "float" behind the curtain. It's one of the oldest slight of hand money making schemes.
How you proceed is up to you, spin the wheel, roll the dice or pull down the handle to get rid of the smell.”
“Stub hub sent us wrong tickets. They realized and sent us an email when we called them they did nothing for us venue was sold out we lost $1,300 tickets and $1,500 hotel. We had already taken vacation from work. Saved for this trip for 2 years.”

They charged me an extra 50 bucks for the tickets than the actual musicians website 😡 Check the actual musicians website and don't get scammed by Stubhubs extra charges just to print a ticket out on your computer. “🚨‼️Don’t ever purchase tickets through @stubhub or @seatgeek I spent $400 on really good seats in February for me and my mom to see @lukecombs FOR HER BIRTHDAY last night. After scanning my tickets they told us to go to the ticket booth to have them printed. I was then told the tickets didn’t transfer from the original owner and to call stub hub. After talking to 2 people from there I was told to call seat geek who has no phone number just robots to chat with. After an hour and a half on the phone and chatting I was told they would send an email with replacement tickets. When that didn’t happen I called back and they had already sold what were supposed to be my replacement tickets and there were none left. All they could do was offer me a refund that may or may not come in 5 business days. The sad thing is that I wasn’t the only one experiencing this. Every single person who was sent to the ticket booth had the exact same problem.”
