“The worst company for buying tickets. They play tricks on people, selling tickets they don't have. When you try to download them, a sign appears saying the transfer has closed. You can never get them, and when you call, they give you the runaround and tell you you have to wait for the seller to respond, which never happens. They're also not responsible for returning your money. You have to call the bank and cancel them. It's a disaster! We waited four days for a response until the day of the event, and they never gave us a solution.”

Reminder that's two tickets. I purchased these almost two months in advance. Set up travel and hotels just to have the seller say he dont have tickets less than 24 hours out. Wanted to offer some lame ass seats and a 20.00 voucher. WTF. So now I have no tickets, a hotel that cant be canceled and a 65.00 parking pass which I ate the cost of. “Do not buy from this company. They're not needed, just go straight to the source. They are not refundable, and even if they send you the wrong ones they will not refund. They sent us fast lane tickets which we never wanted and were then unable to get the tickets we did want. They did not refund. They offer for you to try and sell them on their site but then you can't get the pass code to get onto your own site after that. Regardless is not up to you to have to sell the tickets that they sell to you by mistake to begin with. PayPal did not honor and so neither will your bank. I spoke with a woman who handles tickets at a concert and she said loudly do not use StubHub. She claims they have scammed thousands of people. With the fast lane scam they pull.”
“I strongly advise against purchasing tickets from this company. My experience was a nightmare; they sold me fake tickets. When I arrived at the venue, the staff informed me that my tickets didn’t scan. To make matters worse, StubHub refused to replace them or issue a refund. I had dressed up with so much excitement, only to have my night ruined. It truly became one of the worst evenings I've ever had. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!”
“Very upset I bought tickets to an event and then 24hrs later they tell me my tickets are unavailable so they are giving me new seats/tickets and there's nothing I can do about it to change it. Why weren't the original tickets I purchased available anymore, and now I'm being sold tickets for a concert in an area I would NEVER EVER sit and or purchase tickets for if that was the only option. Very disappointed it was supposed to be some type of "upgrade" on my tickets when my originals were fantastic seats and it was seat roulette and they just decided to place us wherever!!!!”
