“Crooks. Absolute crooks. Ripped me off for over $2,200.00 Never got tickets to a game even after 5-6 calls with customer service. Last customer service person told me I would receive a link where I could either get comparable tickets OR a full refund. Never got the email, had to buy 4 new tickets through VividSeats day of the event, got the tickets from VividSeats (great experience) in 10 minutes. Every experience with VividSeats has been amazing. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID StubHub. They put 22 year old kids on the phone to read off a script when you get ripped off. They say they will "elevate" the issue and never do. Put you on hold and laugh at you as they know their company is ripping you off. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with StubHub!”

“SAVE YOUR MONEY!! Travelled countries to see Fred Again, paid a huge amount to purchase floor tickets. 1 hour before concert we still haven't received tickets but have been told via email to continue waiting. 30 minutes before the concert we managed to call them and after 25 minutes of being put on hold were told that there were no tickets for us and we needed to request a refund or choose tickets at the back for the same price we paid to be on the floor. 5 minutes before the gig started!!! Ended up paying 3 times the price for tickets not on the floor and they wouldn't offer us a cheaper price. They also never reached out to us, we had to call them ourselves and were in formed with 5 minutes to sort something out. Whyyyyyyyy????? Don't let people buy tickets you don't have!!! Ruined our trip we had spent so much time looking forward to and money to get there for this gig. They don't even have a area to write reviews on their page”

“I bought a 2-day festival pass through StubHub for $180. I showed up on day 1 and the pass worked fine, but I arrived on day 2 and they told me I had no ticket. I called StubHub and they were unable to replace the ticket for the second day, so they ended up issuing a 50% refund ($90) leaving me with no option than to buy a ticket at the door for $170. “paid high dollar for sec 206 tickets in the sphere in Las Vegas. received tickets in a different section the day of the event after we flew to vegas from PHL. i complained by email, chat and phone. they convinced me they would make sure i got what i paid for so i sent the tickets back and waited for them to send me the sec 206 tickets i paid for, two hours later they sent back THE SAME tickets and said thats the best they could do. took 4 hours to deal with this ordeal and i ended up with a refund. very unprofessional people "helped" me, most of which could not speak enough english to deal with the problem. very disappointed, will never deal w them again.”
“Wish I could give this a zero star. Last weekend we had tickets to a concert, when we got to the concert, the tickets StubHub sent us said there was an error. We called customer service. They couldn’t seem to get their act together to send out the tickets… two hours into the concert we were given updated tickets not sure if they worked because the ticket venue, out of the goodness of their heart, gave us other tickets. Flash forward to this weekend coming up my husband has a football game. He bought tickets three months ago, StubHub has no idea where they are, they do know and have in fact on file that we paid for the tickets, but they’re just not sure how to get them to us. They promised my husband they would be to him an hour before the game begins. This is just bull$&!!. We are asking for a refund which we will fight till the end to get back, and husband just got other tickets to the game from a different site, for better seats, and cheaper. You’ve been warned!!”

“I purchased 6 tickets from Ticketmaster for the Indianapolis 182 concert on 8-2-24. Two of the members of our group backed out at the last minute so I listed and sold these 2 tickets on Stub Hub. It was my first time using Stub Hub and I thought I had uploaded the tickets correctly. Stub Hub did no verification of the tickets I uploaded. Apparently, I did not upload them correctly and therefor not only didn't sell the tickets but Stub Hub also charged me $147.67 to purchase 2 tickets for the person that tried to buy the 2 tickets I had listed. It is ridiculous Stub Hub charged this amount and it was not approved. I would like the $147.67 refunded. I would never recommend using Stub Hub.”
