“Stubhub is basically running a racket. No refunds under any circumstances except a “death in the family” they told me. They say you can make your money back by re-selling but that’s an obvious lie. When you re-sell, then the buyer has to pay the same fees that you do so stubhub gets to cash in on double the fees while providing no actual service to you. The tickets are always more expensive on their website than from the venue because of the scalper fees.”

Only thing that would have made it easier was if I could have saved it to my Google wallet. Would have been smoother than opening my email to scan it at the venue. Will definitely use Stub Hub again”

Stubhub jumps through hoops, doesn't answer, and makes you send documentation they don't even care about - for no reason. I was out the concert and the money. So much for their great policy. “Terrible company with a very poor return without lack of compatibility with the information, they give you information and believe that it is the most truthful and correct thing to do. I had a sale made and they charged exorbitant amounts, claiming that I had made two sales when I only received one and they still wanted to debit an incredulous amount from my account, so a very bad experience with this company. I do not recommend it to anyone.”
