“I purchased tickets from StubHub almost a year ago as a Christmas present for my two young daughters. These tickets were supposed to be for a Disney show they have been looking forward to all year. The event is tonight. It starts in two hours, and I still have no tickets.
StubHub support told me they would email me back within 20 minutes with a resolution. That was hours ago. I received nothing. Their “FanProtect Guarantee” means nothing in practice — a refund does not undo the damage of ruining an event and a gift that was planned a year in advance.
This is not a minor inconvenience. It is a complete failure to provide the product I paid for, after holding my money for nearly a year. The stress and disappointment StubHub has caused my family is unacceptable.
I will never use StubHub again, and I want others to be warned. If you are considering purchasing from them, know that you risk losing not just your money, but also the entire experience you are paying for. StubHub cannot be trusted to deliver tickets as promised.
Desired Resolution: Immediate accountability and stronger consumer protections. Families should not be treated this way.”

They wanted me to wait outside the venue and listen t music while waiting on them. They refused to refund my money. I will never spend another dime thru Stubhub. And I have spent thousands!!”

“Horrible. Aug 13 we bought 2 concert tickets for $280 for a concert August 20. We received an email from Stubhub giving us an order # and saying we would receive an email from the original ticket vendor by August 20. At noon on the way to the concert 3 hours away on August 20 we called the original vendor. They never received the order from Stubhub. No phone number, no email address. We called the Stubhub customer service number. The first Pakistani guy's English was unintelligible. The supervisor - "David"'s - was marginally better. An hour parsing what their thick accent meant found the only solution was for them to cancel the booking, hold for rebooking, us drive to a Walmart for a Stubhub or Apple prepaid card, buy it for $280, call back with the number, photo the card and text it. And wait. No debit or credit card nor Google Pay nor Paypal would work. Just drive somewhere and buy a card. Like it was 1980. Horrible. Who knows if we have a ticket.”
