“Do not buy tickets from stub hub. Charged me twice and called them and they said I pressed the purchase button twice 3 minutes apart and the tickets are mine. They said sell them back thru stub hub. I said I paid almost 100 % markup from fees and taxes how can I sell when I paid double the cost. If I pressed the button twice why did they not indicated on the site here's your tickets ? I purchased Lakers game ticket that was suppose to happen on Jan 9 but due to WILDFIRE in LA it was postponed twice.i flew to LA just for the game and wasnt able to go bcz it never took place. Tbe supervisor OLGA denied refund request and suggested to just lose my money because that their policy. “This site is totally misleading. Instead of discounted tickets as advertised, the prices are higher and also attempt to charge excessive prices for parking passes. Retrieving the tickets is difficult and there is no "real" customer service, just Q&A.
In my opinion, Stubhub is just short of a scam and I could not recommend using this program to anyone.”
“Ordered tickets to the Eagles and Packers game in Philly on 1/12/25. I ordered tickets on 1/10/25. This was my sons first Eagles game and since it was a playoff game I purchased tickets very close to the field via stubhub. I called and told him and I could hear the excitement through the phone. So the next morning we woke up and drive 6.5 hours to see the game on Sunday. We stayed the night Saturday and checked out the city. Come Sunday morning, stubhub still hadn't sent the mobil tickets. I spoke with stubhub and they assured that they would have the tickets. At 230 pm (game was at 430pm) they called me and stated they didn't have my tickets but could offer a refund or replacement tickets. I really only had the option of the replacement tickets since we drove 6.5hrs and my son would have been devastated if we didn't go to his first game. They put me straight in the nose bleeds. I asked if I could would be near the seats that I purchased and they said they can't guarantee where the seats would be but would be comparable to where I was sitting. We'll, they sent me 2 tickets in the nose bleeds section of the stadium. Again, I had no choice but to take the tickets considering the distance we had traveled and the fact my son would have been heartbroken. So they gave me $150 per ticket seats even though I had already paid for $245 per seat tickets. I called customer service and explained i felt like they owned me some of my money back since they seats didn't cover what I had spent. They explained that they gave me tickets and there was nothing they would do for me since I accepted the tickets (mind you, I really had no other choice). I feel robbed!!! I didn't want a full refund! I was still happy we got to go to the game! They were rude and talked down to me. I have never been so upset. Stubhub will literally take your money and not care if you get what you pay for. Im taking this as far as I can and hoping I can help anyone else that .my have been through a simular situation. Stubhub is nothing but a bunch of crooks who will absolutely rob you. I've attached photos of the seats the still had on the website after I had to accept the replacement tickets. Same price and same area was available but not given to me. Let's make sure this never happens to someone else”

“What a horrible company. They rip you off big time. We spent over $300 for great seats close to the stage and then found out our tickets were invalid the moment we got to the doors. We had to call Stubhub and ask what happened to our tickets. They cancelled our tickets and offered to give us a refund or new seats, however our new seats ended up being seats that are $150 less than what we paid for and in the end they gave us a $4.00 refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR THEY WILL USE YOU.”
“Oh my gosh, this is one of the worst organizations I’ve ever dealt with online on several occasions most recently the Cotton Bowl I have purchased tickets weeks in advance only to be told they would be delivered prior to the game well an hour and a half before the game after numerous attempts to find an update and get the status they were told they told me that the reseller was unable to deliver the tickets winky winky And quickly refunded my money, which I still haven’t received three days later basically, what happened is they sold the tickets for 2 1/2 times what they sold them to me and when I tried to go buy tickets there were no tickets under $1000 so basically I missed the event missed being with my family was totally screwed by these people and all they could say was oh well we refunded your money. Read the fine print good luck. There are plenty of good ticket brokerages like vivid but stay the hell away from these folks they do not deserve your money, deserve my money and they need to be punished. Disgusting.”
“I bought tickets to take my kids to Disney on ice , it kept saying tickets were going to be released by 8 am the day of the event so it was 9:30 and never got anything I called only to find out there was no tickets, very unpleasant and not professional at all, never using Stubhub again i would definitely not recommend it either!”
“Stub Hub sucks!
First problem was 4 tickets to a football game never came through! We were told the owner can release them up until the game time so we drive all the way to the stadium only to find out the owner kept them or maybe resold them.
Second, and completely different issue, when trying to resell baseball tickets I didn’t receive the original tickets yet so I had no barcode to enter (to resell since we could make the game) so now we just wait and hope the original owner releases the tickets to me so I can therefore release (or sell) them to the people trying to buy them from me. What a joke!”
