Was promised replacement tickets which were never delivered. I did receive refund, but I had to purchase tickets on another platform to be able to attend game. Wish I could give zero stars! “I purchased my tickets 1 1/2 months before my event and was assured that my tickets and parking pass would be delivered and covered under their fan protect guarantee. My parking pass was released 1 week before my event for a completely different event across the nation. I spent that following week up to my event in several Stubhub chats and emails requesting a replacement pass which I never received. In addition, I was assured that my 5 event tickets would be released on the day of my event as the reseller was "a longstanding and reliable reseller." Unfortunately, stubhub was wrong. I was notified 2 HOURS before my event that not only were my original tickets unavailable but there were NO REPLACEMENT TICKETS provided. I did receive a refund but I had to SCRAMBLE in the hot sun, with several kids, 5 hours from our home, to find alternative tickets which were $100 more than my original purchase. I will tell you right now, TICKETMASTER pulled through and I found 5 reliable tickets... I have spent several hours in Stubhub chats and on the phone with their customer service dept regarding a refund for my parking pass in addition to a match difference refund for the second set of tickets I had to purchase LAST MINUTE for my family to attend my event WITHOUT RESOLUTION. I am completely disappointed and will never use Stubhub again!”
“Stay away from stubhub. I bought tickets to a baseball game in 2025 approximately 30$ a piece cheap seats and i was later unable to attend so i tryed selling tickets and had trouble uploading tickets to website on stubhub after at least 20 times and i even attempted calling stubhub and still they couldn't get them uploaded telling me that i would have to be the one doing it through my end for security reasons and they tryed to assist and still couldn't get them uploaded so i eventually gave up. 2 months later i get a charge back for 900$ after discovering the charge on my bank card. I called stub hub and they said i was charged because i sold tickets for 450$ a piece and never sent tickets which is a lie i never sold them and never received 900$. This stub hub company is a major scammer company . Do not leave your credit card info with them.”

“StubHub’s FanProtect Guarantee is BS! It is actually just protecting THEM, not the FAN! Tickets purchase 1year in advance for F1 race in Monza, Italy. Day of instant download the link fails. FanProtect guarantee states tickets of Equal or greater value would be substituted or a refund. There was bunch more pairs of tickets on their marketplace but customer service says that they cannot use them as they are not trusted. It’s on their F¥€K’N Marketplace! BS. Full refund of ticket does not cover airfare from USA, Trains and Lodging in Italy. No ability to escalate to any management level for hope of resolution.. Rediculous & BS!”

We travelled from Venice Florida to Cleveland visiting with our friends, children, and grandchildren. We planned a Sunday Guardians game with the grandkids. Everyting went well until the day of the game. The parking pass, that came with the tickets, was in a VERY rough part of town. We drove closer to the stadium and paid for parking. I checked the tickets on STUBHUB before I left for the game. No issue. When I tried to access them at lunch, they were "stuck". I contacted customer service. They were no help. At 1:35, for a 1:40 game start time, they finally told me to go to the ticket gate and present my receipt for admission. There was over 100 people in line. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!! They totally ruined our day and somehow thought refunding our money would make it all better. PS They did not refund parking”
“Absolutely horrible customer service. The representatives are difficult to understand, and none of them seem to know what’s going on. I had to call multiple times to try and resolve an issue caused by StubHub’s own system. After their app update, an error appeared on my account that prevented me from selling two tickets. The system incorrectly marked them as sold and then locked the tickets, leaving me with no options.
When I called for help, neither the representative nor the manager could fix the problem — all they did was apologize. To make matters worse, I was told I might be fined for not transferring the tickets, even though their system prevented me from doing so.
Be aware: this platform is unreliable and does not stand behind its users. Save yourself the frustration and avoid StubHub.”
“Ordered tickets for The Weeknd. Feb 2025 to be told I will get my tickets a week before the event. I called several times explaining my tickets had already been claimed and it wasn’t me. Fast forward to August event. I called yet again 4 times on the day of the event to be told they’ll call the seller of the tickets, if I wouldn’t get them that they would fully refund me or find me tickets. 4th call to see where my tickets were, I was told they have been claimed so I cannot get a refund. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. The event was over 120 days from purchase so my bank couldn’t dispute it.”

“After telling StubHub a week and a half before I left for NYC to see Hamilton that there was something not right about the ticket they sold me, they assured me it was good. When I arrived at the theater the ticket scanned invalid. I called and talk to an agent in India. He said he would get me a new ticket, but by the time it got released it was after the show started and it would not allow me to accept the ticket. I demanded a refund, but the agent told me that he couldn’t issue a refund because he had issued a ticket. I lost the money for the ticket, the hotel cost, and plane fare because of StubHub. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!”
