“The seats were great! No complaints, we loved them. Didn't know we needed the MLB App to access the tickets.
The main issue was I was unable the use the parking ticket that I pre-paid for $80! The route to the lot was blocked off. I did find parking across from Citifield that literally across the street and it only cost me $40! I you like a refund of the $80 paid for parking that we couldn't use.”
“Stubhub came in the clutch with my tickets, I know everyone had their own doubts about the tickets being real or not but you have to do what I did, give them a call and verify if the tickets are legit. They confirmed with me that the buyer was legit and had a good sales record as well.”
“Everything was great except the parking that I purchased through stub hub. It was 13 blocks away from the show. I didn’t realize this until I parked. I am disabled and cannot walk more than a couple of blocks. I had to then call an uber.”
“Do not buy a parking pass along with your tickets! The Cubs game started at 3:10 and my parking pass changed the night before to start at 3:45!!! Why would anyone want to park after the game started? I contacted Stubhub and they did nothing. We had to spend another $100 to park somewhere else. Very frustrating and stressful”
“I purchased a parking pass offered at the the time of purchasing tickets for the concert but the location was more than 6 miles away with no transportation to the Bowl. This was highway robbery. I then had to purchase another parking pass for 10x the amount.”
