“Horrible company. Terrible customer service. They listed sell tickets that do not exist. They refuse to give money back under any circumstances. Their ticket guarantee is fake and they do not follow it.”
“StubHub is terrible. They didn’t deliver the tickets or the parking pass. The theater was able to help me with the tickets but I had to repay for parking. Then when contacted for refund of parking, their answer was I had to request a refund in real time. What an idiotic answer only given by a company that is corrupt. Don’t use StubHub!!!”

Did not receive the tickets originally purchased and had a seat instead of the floor ticket my son wanted. Had him completely disappointed on his birthday.
