“StubHub would not allow me to sell my tickets and kept directing me to Live Nation website that kept shutting down. They charge me for trying to sell my tickets, but also would not allow me to sell the tickets on their website. Someone should shut them down.”

“I have dealt with Stub Hub for over 20 years prior to automation when I was an original Florida Marlin's and Florida Panther's season ticket holder when I have to type in 12-15 digit serial numbers for every ticket I listed to sell, so I'm happy to things have changed where I no longer have to do things like that. While I cannot say in good consciousness that all my actions with Stub have been clean and easy, in this particular case when I bought a ticket so the World Cup Final 8 game, The process was fine, although slightly cumbersome, which was do due the rules FIFA demanded that Stubh Hub and any other reseller in the same boat had to do. But that was not Stud Hub's fault sofor this transaction, i'd rate them 5 stars, but that is not always the case.”

“I was skeptical to use stubhub for BTS. However all my worries were proved wrong. I can’t talk about anyone else’s experience but my own. The tickets were transferred to me in a timely manner and I was able to enjoy my concert without encountering any troubles. It was a bit on the pricey side but I also decided last minute to attend.”
“The whole issue with PARKING PASSES ONLY is UNACCEPTABLE! I thought I was selling my PARKING PASSSES ONLY ticket, but it ended up I sold my actual Concert Ticket instead! This need changed!
