“I bought concert tickets for Rosalía’s concert in Puerto Rico through StubHub. The seller transferred the tickets to me, although I was a little worried at first because the tickets were supposed to be transferred through Ticketera. The seller said they didn’t know how to do it, so I had some doubts about whether everything would work properly or if the tickets could potentially be sold to someone else.
However, I arrived about 30–45 minutes before the concert started and had absolutely no problems getting in. The tickets worked perfectly, and I had an amazing time at the concert!
Overall, I had a great experience with StubHub. Everything went smoothly, and I would definitely recommend using StubHub for concert tickets.”
“The ticket stubs looked like screenshots (which made us a bit nervous) but they ended up being legitimate. Regardless, this was as easy as it could get buying tickets in a different country and in a different language.

“I got a ticket to the BTS concert on Sept 2, which made me happy. I received it quickly as it was an instant download and got in the venue without a problem.
But what I’m concerned/sad about is 1) your staff does not know what a person with ADA looks like, besides someone in a wheelchair and/or crutches, some people don’t look like they are ADA and they get judged and talked down on, AND don’t assist the ADA customers. 2) How is it that with all the security I saw on that day, that so many cars were broken into?? Do you not have patrols going around and in the parking lots?? My friend’s car got broken into”
