“We found out we didn’t have tickets to Bills game while sitting in the parking lot . We purchased tickets 4 months before game. Al they said they could do is refund our money, which we still haven’t received ($882) . We found tickets on ticket master which were delivered in minutes. Don’t go here , customer service is terrible.”
“The offering of Parking was a great deal! Secure lot with Valet. Price was terrific! Approximately 1/2 of what I would have paid if I waited until the day of the Show. Lot was only 5 minute walk from Venue & exiting took no time at all. Save a buck (& time!) & buy Parking in advance.”

I called them immediately and at least 30 times after and it’s been 3 months and they keep telling me there is nothing they can do do.
No protection, and when escalation gets the info through the lack of information it’s denied by them.

“Using StubHub was pretty easy in general but there probably should be an optional site for seniors or those who are not tech savvy. For instance it’s important to let customer know that tix are digital ( no paper) & that parking & admissions are delivered separately.”

“Very happy with my Stubhub experience. Sleep Token sold out on Ticketmaster within hours for my area so I was told to try Stubhub. The tickets were priced the same as Ticketmaster (or a little less) and it was super easy to purchase them. I did get concerned when the seller took 5 months to transfer the tickets to me but they were legit and easy to access once I did receive them. Will use Stubhub again!”
