“There was an issue with the tickets, not being released by the party we bought them from on the day of the concert. A quick online chat with a customer service rep, landed us better seats in 5 minutes or the option for a refund. We took the seats and enjoyed the concert.”
“We are attending a Vince Gill concert at Ryman Auditorium in Nashville TN. Stub hub assigned a parking lot that was further away when there were 3 parking garages listed as closer to the venue. Since it is within a mile of the venue, stub hub wouldn't refund the parking price. We tried to resell the parking space but the lot wasn't even listed as an option to resell. I would recommend not purchasing the parking in conjunction with the concert tickets. I plan not to ever in the future and plan on disputing that credit card charge as we will not be using it and plan to Uber for cheaper.”
“They sent me an email apologizing for something going wrong with my order but when I checked the app, I didn't notice anything wrong. After contacting customer service, apparently there was a substitution after the initial seller of the tickets couldn't fulfill the order. I would have preferred they keep behind the scenes issues behind the scenes instead of freaking me the f out. Also, once the tickets were made available they sent me a link that went to a Ticketmaster website but there there no way to transfer the tickets to my Apple wallet. Thank god I had cell coverage at the venue because without it I'd have been screwed. While I did get the tickets I paid for and was able to get into the show ok, the whole experience with the uncertainty of whether I'd even get real tickets and get into the show left a sour taste in my mouth regarding this whole third party ticket thing. I know they say they will refund the money if the seller doesn't come through but that doesn't help when I spent thousands on air-fare and hotel to travel to a far away destination for the concert.”

“I bought tickets for a March 1st concert in Las Vegas. Then one of the band members got ill. Then the concert was rescheduled for August 2025. They scheduled me for a Thursday August 14th reschedule which I had originally had March 1st a Saturday. I wanted the Saturday in taking off work. So, I contacted them and got no where. So, I rescheduled the airline and hotel. As the airline prices where very High I rescheduled again and received lower prices. Then come Sunday August 3rd I got a notification to claim my tickets. I went to do so to find the tickets were rescheduled AGAIN for Saturday August 16th WTH! Now I’ve called and called and transferred them back as told to do so and Stub hub stated that the seller needs to reschedule and has till 5pm the 14th to submit those tickets which I have no idea where or when and risk the fact that I might fly out to Las Vegas and have nothing. I asked for a refund in which they won’t do as I was trapped in my option into this in the 1st place not knowing I was buying from a 3rd party. I will never recommend nor use them ever again and just wish to get my money back and book directly.”

That was my biggest mistake in my life for 25 tickets I need to do 10 emails with them and still they not understand my situation because I am genuine seller I am not like dealer or trader of ticket. So they trying to not given me any single money and on top of they are charging 75 administration fee so you can understand my lost and worst customer service I ever faced in my life do not use the platform platforms.”
“Great seats!! Front row! Was a little expensive since general tickets were 40.00. But worth it to get front row. The seats were zip tied together, so it made for really cramped seating. But still a friend of mine is their guitar player, so it was fun having great front row seats!”

“Absolute scam. Spent over $500 on 2 tickets to see Randy Rogers and Mark Chesnutt at whitewater amphitheater. Never received my tickets, tried to get help from customer service and put in a resubmit request the day of the concert and they told me to wait. After the concert the customer service agent said that It there's nothing they can do and im not getting a refund. Absolute trash. Do not use.”
