“I was expecting easy access while leaving the event but instead we were parked so far into the parking lot, we were actually at the end of the line leaving. Also with VIP parking I expected to get into VIP Lounge at the event. The VIP doesn’t serve its purpose and I got nothing special for purchasing VIP. NEVER AGAIN”
