“Although I hadn’t received the tickets until 3 hours before the event, the StubHub team was always very helpful and attentive to my case. They managed to provide me with two alternative tickets within the promised timeframe, and they worked perfectly.”
“My listing went missing prior to the expiration time. I contacted Stubhub and they advised that the buyer did not complete the purchase because they did not have the funds to make the purchase. Well, this would fall out of my control and would not hold me liable that my tickets which were off the market for purchase for the public. Stubhub advised they were not responsible for the error but the case is still unresolved and which left my listing active after expiration of the event. Stubhub closed my conversations without resolving the issue and did not take accountability of the error on their end. Stubhub has provided the worst customer support of my life, I do not recommend this service”
