Never got tickets because they got canceled day of had to request new ones and never got them and had to leave the concert. Then got charged for not transferring tickets when I tried to resell them but didnt even have the tickets to then not even be able to use them bc they were unavailable. Never using stubhub ever again

Do not purchase from StubHub. They completely ruined my birthday. I purchased Broadway tickets for myself and nine family members, only to discover upon arrival, after traveling two hours to New York City, that our tickets had already been resold and scanned. Someone else was sitting in our seats. What should have been a special celebration turned into a complete disaster. After spending nearly an hour on the phone with StubHub, the only resolution they offered was a reimbursement within 7–10 days. No immediate assistance, no alternative arrangements, just disappointment. This was truly a heartbreaking experience, and my birthday was ruined because of StubHub’s negligence.

I really wish I knew what I know now before purchasing tickets. I never write reviews but have no choice here. I purchased tickets month before an event. The event is a 4 hr drive from my home and tickets never came. The company refused to refund or do anything until 1 hr before the event. We had driven 4 hours with 4 small children only to get turned away at last minute though I had called and called and asked please issue a refund beforehand or confirm 100% so we can at least drive there with confidence and yet they refused. Awful awful awful experience

Terrible company. Do not purchase from StubHub. They ripped us off of $400. They changed the event location and time on us one hour before the event. Promised us our money back and six months later told us they weren’t gonna pay us back. Disgusting company don’t buy from them.

I bought tickets for me and my wife 2 days before the NIN concert. It was easy & simple to do. I also bought a parking pass. It was simple to put the tickets in my phone wallet. Everything went smoothly & we had a great time! NIN was AWESOME as always!!

Why in the hell does a person have to wait DAYS for a refund on purchased fraudulent tickets??? This is ABSOLUTELY OBSURD! I will be deleting my stubhub account and informing thousands of others (since I own a internet blogging coldness) regarding this horrible embarrassing experience and also filing a charge back thru my back... DO NOT USE OUR TRUST STUBHUB!!! FYI: There call center is in another country that you can't understand who you're talking with I also will be taking my experience nationwide as I have a family member that works for a very large news station

I bought a ticket several months before much-anticipated show, paid high dollar for good seat in mezzanine. But Stub Hub did a bait and switch: at the very last moment (less than hour before venue opened) my seat was “transferred” to the LAST row, the least expensive seat in huge auditorium; and Stub Hub is not compensating the significant price difference despite their “guarantee”. Details: the ticket change was sent less than hour before the show as a “transfer” to an unknown Ticket Master seat (no seating chart provided). I was given option to accept transfer or get refund - which would mean not going to a show I had been anticipating for 6 months. … AND i got this news while I was in taxi heading to show! So this “choice”was no choice, it was “take it or leave it.” (Upon being seated, i was shocked to learn i was in the very LAST row - in no way “comparable” to the ticket i paid for). Stub Hub offers a guarantee that if switch occurs, the switch will be to comparable seat. BUT the guarantee is null if you accept their “transfer”. In my case, the ticket was switched at last minute, with no way to verify if ticket was comparable. So: no ticket “transfer” details until last minute; no way to verify if new seat is “comparable”; no option other than take it or leave it. If the consumer accepts the mystery “transfer”, then Stub Hub seat protection guarantee is null & void. I question who keeps the price difference in these situations - Stub Hub? I am curious as to how frequently last minute bait & switch ticket transfers - transfers in which consumer does not truly have a “choice” - occur, and who profits? I don’t the answer, but this business practice seems to merit consumer protection investigation.

Bought tickets as a gift, came to the day of and still did not receive tickets, had to leave for the venue, still no tickets, contacted customer service multiple times through out the day and they said wait until 5pm and they finally said the seller never downloaded the tickets, obviously! Refund was processed after we had already got ready and headed out. I could have bought other tickets had I known earlier in the week that I wasn’t going to get the tickets I paid for. Hard to plan when no tickets in hand!

I had an issue 90 min before event time. The customer service rep was friendly and empathetic and didn't waste any time moving to solve the problem. After a phone call with the seller and an app refresh, the ticket issue was resolved and I was on my way. Great service experience!

Terrible customer service! Was no help when I called regarding a parking pass that the event center said was not a garage. I was out 40.00. Never order from them again

Got tickets for my wife who was fighting for her life at the time as a way to help her fight & get stronger so she could make it to see her favorite artist Chris Brown. It worked as she fought & was able to attend the concert & slept all day the next day

Lo peor compramos 4 boletos para 6 de septiembre.pagamos Uber nunca los enviaron pagamos aseguranza se lavan las manos no nos dejaron entrar que era fraude nos dijeron en el evento hablamos ese mismo día y septiembre lavan las manos diciendo que no reportamos teniendo más de 20 llamadas el día del evento fue un robo

It was so easy to find the garage with directions from stubhub and with barcode Stubhub provided make it quickly to enter the garage .
