“I purchased game tickets for the padre game and they asked if I wanted to purchase a parking pass and I clicked yes thinking I could chose from the many parking pass locations offered but it automatically picked a horrible parking location and price for me and the sale was final. Caveat emptor and no cancellation or refund. A truly horrific policy considering the price and distance from the event. Total misleading option from StubHub and total mission failure on the parking pass. Normally I trust StubHub but I will approach with caution if at all after this experience.”
“The ease of checking out made me feel relaxed about the process. I haven't had any issues with this company as far as getting tickets go. The pricing for the tickets are more than the ticket pricing, so be aware of that. I understand this is a resell platform, I'm just cautioning anyone coming on here.”
“Would have like to have received tickets somewhat earlier, but in the end I got them, so it all worked out. Can the tickets be sent at least 72 hours in advance? Didn’t like the wait.”
“Stubhub has an easy to use interface, and you will find the tickets that you are looking for. Be advised that the prices are way understated, because Stubhub adds on a service fee of about $50 per ticket which is outrageous.”
“Unreal. I listed my tickets. Somehow they got listed wrong, despite having to put barcodes in and jump through hoops to resell my tickets. Last night I received an email. I've been reported for fraud because the tickets were listed wrong. So, they are keeping the tickets and fining me!!! I have to pay for a concert i cannot attend and pay a fee for a mistake that I did not make not to mention being called a fraud and a liar. Great business.”
