“I bought tickets to the Zach Bryan concert for my husband’s birthday. It was easy to purchase tickets & parking. We were supposed to receive tickets by 4 pm the day of the event (concert started at 7 pm). By 5:15 pm, we were on the road, and still no tickets and no notification from StubHub as to why there was a delay. When I hit the chat button, I was told our tickets were no longer available, and was sent to TicketMaster. As soon as I clicked to get similar tickets, (there were only 2 tickets left at the 100’s level we originally purchased; all others were in the 300 & 400 level), they were gone. We were then sent to SeatGeek. At this point, it was past 5:40 pm and we were getting stressed we wouldn’t have tickets at all. Each new site I was sent to required creating an account, which took up precious time as we were driving to the event. SeatGeek had a few available seats in the 100’s level, so I grabbed the first ones I saw, and we finally were notified we had tickets to accept. I expect that StubHub would notify the buyer as soon as the expected time of ticket release was expected, if there was an issue. I should’ve received a notification, not had to scramble to two other ticket sites and barely secure our tickets, before the event.”
“I bought tickets from the Mable House website months in advance of the event. They called me the day before to change my tickets from row B to A. I asked for my money back and bought these tickets @ the last minute on StubHub. The seats were great and considering it was the day before @ a reasonable cost.”

“We made the decision to attend the Phoenix theater company presentation of Les Mis the day of the event. Tickets were not available directly through the venue, but we were able to secure high quality seats through stubhub at BELOW seat cost. The transaction was smooth in terms of transferring the tickets from ticketmaster. I'm guessing ticket owners had to cancel and this filled the seat and brought us to the Art Museum Restaurant "Alden" for dinner.”
“Getting a parking pass was easy and pretty quick (not immediate, but quick). The only problem was this: I was unsure where the lot was, and the locator sent us to the 11th Street parking garage. Had to go against traffic, make a U-turn in the garage, and go back they way we came to get to the correct lot. So weird.”
