“StubHub has provided me with the most egregiously horrible customer service experience I have ever had. I have sat on the phone with customer service for over 2 hours now trying to get access to the tickets that I paid for. They keep giving me the runaround and won't cancel my transaction even though the tickets that were sent to me were invalid. I will never use StubHub again in my entire life. The pure ineptitude that I have dealt with is unbelievable.”
“I've bought tickets for Billie Eilish concert in Wien (6.6.2025). The mobile tickets were available a day before the event, I was informed on my e-mail. Everything was OK, the seats were as ordered, the tickets were legitimate.
I'm from Slovenia - important: in order to transfer the tickets, you MUST have a ticketmaster account. You cannot create one with a phone number from Slovenia. I have a friend in Austria, who helped me (I've created a ticketmaster account using his telephone number - he told me the code, when he received it).
Anyhow - the tickets from Stubhub were a bit pricey, but the show was sold out, so I've payed more and ENJOYED THE SHOW!”
“Don't even want to give them one star. They are thieves. I sold my tickets and something went wrong on their part. In order to sell them you have to put the bar code numbers in. If I put in the barcodes wrong, the sale shouldn't have gone through. I got a notice the night before the concert that the tickets I sold were fraudulent. They did not release the tickets back to me so o couldn't sell them and then told me that I owe a fine on top of it. I called. Spent over an hour on the phone was told I was going to get a refund. 10 days later I get an email stating that they are not returning my money. So here I am on the phone for 20 min so far with them telling me I won't receive a refund. Concerts are not cheap. I should be entitled to my money back, especially when this was not a mistake on my part. I usually go through ticket master. I have no idea why I didn't this time.”
“Rather disorganized. Bought Manalow tickets, overpaid as we have no choice these days. Advertised as electronic tickets then told paper, then told electronic, then told again paper, express mailed, forced to buy insurance due to zero stubhub trust. Paper tickets show up then notified to access my electronic tix. Ordinarily no big deal but at the more than 3x face value cost nervous they had zero clue. Think Im gonna switch to Vivid.”
“Excellent recommendation for parking lot to Little Caesar's Arena, Detroit. Easy to get tickets on my mobile phone. Easy to get into parking area and quick QR code scan entry with real person attendant. Prior to arrival I found it was not so easy to find QR code pass once you close out of it. You have to open it through your email again, because the app shows you have nothing.”
“Bought tickets to a hockey game: 1. Ten minutes before puck drop still no tickets. 2. Contacted them, and they said seller is no longer selling, after I had email confirming sale. 3. Tried to get another ticket per their "guarantee" but took 30 minutes, by that point period was over. 4. Requested refund. No response from first agent. Second give it to me. 5. Refund is less then I paid due to exchange rate changes. 6. No luck in a resolution either. Ruined my evening.”
“StubHub was great to work with but when I had to go through Ticketmaster to confirm tickets I was scammed. They tried 3 times to get $100 for a total of $300 out of my account. Needless to say I had to cancel all my cards. My bank got it fixed. The concert was great but the sound was to low. Could not understand what they said & music needed to be louder including the singers. Thank you.”
“Buenismo,me mandaron las entradas y el parqueo en menos de 1 minutos el concierto de Shakira era a las 730 ,y compre las entradas a las 615 y a las 616 ya las tenia...super seguro”
