“We will NEVER use Stubhub again. I tried to purchase our tickets twice. Both times it looked like it went through but also both times l received an email after about an hour that it didn’t. My husband then got on his phone and failed to see that StubHub had checked the boxes for parking and insurance. He bought the tickets and insurance/parking. We were flying to this show and staying within walking distance of the venue. I am convinced that my 2 attempts did not go thru because l declined the parking/insurance. This morning we received an email that the tickets we bought are now unavailable. New tickets with worse sight lines were offered. We bailed. Never, never again!!”
“Stubhub had a large selection of seats at various price points. Tickets were available months before the event took place. This the second time I've used the Stubhub service and will use them again in 2026.”

“I purchased tickets to a game and also purchased the parking pass. With taxes and fees I paid $65 dollars for the parking pass and received an email confirmation for my purchase however upon receiving my ticket I was given $20 parking 10 minutes away from where I purchased the pass for. I have been going back and forth with StubHub for over a week only to be told that it's only a 10 minute walk and I should be okay. I have asked 4 times for a refund and was given an email address to transfer tickets to however no one is responding since last week. I am very disappointed and angered by this lack of professionalism. I was trying to avoid going through my bank and filing a dispute however at this point StubHub has left me no choice.”

“well, I spent close to 2k on tickets to take clients to game in texas that I flew on for. I later found much cheaper tickets in a better location, actually FRONT ROW from a competing company that was so much easier to use and efficient , seats were on the dugout. cant get better. so, i posted the ones I had for sale originally hoping to get my money back. they keep the fees, so i didnt get those back,and, i kept lowering lowering lowering the price, no buyer, and this was like 2 weeks in advance of the game. I then purchased parking tickets, that i wanted to transfer to the locals that were driving and it was impossible. kept getting error messages, finally, i just relisted them for $5 and they bought them, but THEN, we had to wait and wait and wait to be released. I called and talked to someone in what would be my guess india perhaps. it was just horrible mess. as a business owner I know the power of reviews, but im small biz, this is billion dollar business, so not even sure they care or will this make a difference. Im saying check out other options before using them. i HAVE had good experiance but recently we didnt get our tickets for a show until the MORNING of the event, thats frustrating, especially when its for the kids and you are freaking out thinking "what if" something happened and we dont get them. We were on the train on the way to venue when they finally became available. not something I want to be doing.”
