“If I could give no stars, I would. I was deceived two times during this single transaction. First, I purchased 4 tickets with the understanding all taxes and fees were included in that price, It stated this clearly next to the price. After I completed the transaction, I looked at the receipt, and of course, their are added fees and taxes totaling between $35-40. Then, I purchased a parking pass and this said the same thing, "all fees included in price". After I made transaction, I look at the receipt and another $17 of fees were added, totaling $28 to park. I show up to the parking lot and they are charging $15 cash. Told this the the attendant and she said" we're not in charge of the third party (stubhub) charging extra fees". Stubhub is ripping people off by deceiving and manipulating verbiage on their site before purchase. I will never use stubhub ever again. I will tell everyone I come in contact with of stubhubs intent to steal people's money. How is this legal?”
“All work very well, just the final cost seemed to creep up with charges more than what was anticipated! However, we got to see the show and everything worked out.”
“Was able to get a ticket 5 days before the concert at a great price. I wasn’t sure if I was able to go so I wasn’t able to buy a regular ticket. So glad it worked out.”
“There was an issue with the seller retracted their sale after it was purchased. After calling customer support, they took care of it right away and gave us a comparable ticket for the event. It was amazing.”

“Truthfully, it was a little touch and go, since the seller reneged on the tickets and StubHub couldn't find replacement tickets to the sold-out show. Nothing showed up till about an hour and a half before the play, when I was clicking to get the refund and new tickets appeared--better than the originals--an hour and a half before the play began. Luckily I live near the theater, so it all worked out beautifully.”
