“I called them the morning of the event that I had not received my tickets. They told me that to not receive tickets up to 2 hours prior to the event was “normal”. When I did not receive them 2 hours before the event, they offered significantly worse tickets for the same price. They told me I could accept a refund but I had travelled to the event. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they gave me a different number which was a medical emergency company. I had tickets for section 209 near the stage and had to sit in 213 which was significantly further from stage. StubHub had tickets in section 209 for slightly more but well within the fees they charge but would not offer those too me. I have used StubHub for nearly 20 years but never again. This actually felt like fraud and I intend to file a complaint with my Attorney General’s office.”
“Good parking and Stubhub was with me all the time to ensure there were no issues with parking. Stubhub also called me at the stadium to confirm things went well”
“Bought tickets in a certain section. Was told that the seller could not provide those tickets, but that upgraded tickets would be provided. I did not want the improved tickets because I wanted to sit in the exact section to be near other family members also in that section. The return policy is not simple. First-talked to a customer service person on the phone--got through within 2-3 minutes each time I called. That was a plus. However, each of the three service reps spoke very poor English and often I could not understand them, especially if they sped of their speaking rate. The instructions that were sent to me via email were not clear & the service rep had to put me on hold for 3 minutes so that she could figure them out. There is a place to select the tickets to return--but the check boxes are very light and not obvious. We finally figured it out & I was able to return the tickets only to be told to enter additional info in the return form when that form does not allow for any add'l info. I was told to take a picture of my return screen (from fifa site) and send that to a given stubhub email. I did that but later was given a form the fill out instead. Long, drawn out--will not go with Stub Hub again--too many gotchas.”

“They able to very well to replace tickets, but they should better make communication with seller to get original tickets to avoid distraction. I got replacement tickets just in 2 hours before event”
