“False advertising games in the stadium I chose. Customer service tried ask for screenshots of the experience to verify if it was true. Why would I have screenshots of my mobile online experience? They refused a refund for 45 minutes while I continued to tell them I wanted to speak with a supervisor.”
“The price was great. Second time I have used stubhub for tickets. It was easy on the site to see what seats were available and were I would be sitting. This time I had to get onto a different app to get my tickets and there it said I had to wait until the day of to see the tickets and I could not upload to my apple wallet even though it said I could. This was a bit stressful waiting to make sure they came through. Last time was a bit better instruction and I was able to see the tickets before.”
