“After a rough time trying to get my tickets from FedEx I was happy to finally receive them after five phone calls and four attempts. You see you sent them requiring a signature, but I have a job and am not home during the day. And although there are three FedEx drop offs in my town they for some unknown reason decided to drop them off at three different locations in three different attempts in town that where at least hour round trip drives.
In the end it was worth all the frustration because the venue in Saratoga Springs was very nice and the show was fantastic.
Thanks StubHub! Next time don’t require a signature for delivery. That would be good I think.
