“I purchased Eric Bellinger tickets. The concert was “canceled” and here we are 18 days later and StubHub keeps telling me the concert is postponed, but I have personally spoken with the concert organizer as well as the venue who both confirmed it is canceled and they will not give me my money back even after saying two weeks ago, they issued a refund. Now today they tell me they are looking into it. I also purchased Los Angeles Lakers tickets. They keep saying the seller has released my tickets and Ticketmaster, which they have not. I’ve asked five times already for them to release the tickets and they will not. It seems like you get nowhere with anybody. I will definitely be looking to purchase through a different company next time.”

“I got my tickets about an hour before the 500. Apparently the person that I bought the tickets off of had no intention of sending them. I had a long time to wait cuz I didn't get my tickets till 11:00. So till I got to the racetrack it took me 3 hours to go through security. It just makes me a little leery about getting tickets again as I thought they would come through when they were supposed to. It was just very close to call. It gave me no time after receiving my tickets”
“I didn’t get the tickets until 2 hours before the show started. And I had to call Stubhub to remind the seller to release the tickets. Why would Stubhub allow the resellers to hold on the tickets for so long after the tickets were sold?”
“The tickets were fine, the concert was great! It is the fees that get you a low rating. You expect to pay a certain advertised fee and then there are so many extra fees that it almost makes it not worth going.”
