“First time buying tickets through stubhub. I'm always nervous about scams but the process was very easy and straightforward and I got the tickets to a concert transferred over quickly after paying.”
“Where do I begin? The fact that my parking tickets are not delivered and I had to settle for a 2nd option .8 miles further from the venue because a refund is not an option for your failure? Or should I explain that the concert ended at 11:45 and due to massive crowds and distance I could not get to the car to leave until 12:30am and had to pay extra fees for leaving after midnight? Then I get an email, like you care about my experience and connect me to customer service who all but calls me an idiot for not knowing parking ends at 11:59am. Had that been clearly advertised before I chose the 2nd option I never would have selected it. All this plus the 1.5 hours wasted collectively in dealing with your customer service dept who clearly only wants to be right and does not care.”
“Customer service was very helpful when I needed updates on my world cup tickets. Knowing there are lots of scams online, stubhub made me felt safe with my purchase. So thank you very much.”
