“By ensuring that my tickets for the world cup were protected. Although I didn't get my original purchase they ensure I had full coverage for my seats and I received even better ones than originally thought.”
“Needed tickets for next day MLB and was presented several options. We chose our seats, purchase was efficient and got our tickets on line. Easy peasy.”
“The best part was the prompt support and the resolution of my problem, as the ticket I bought was already used. In this case, I understand the additional fees; you really get the service for it.”
“Ticket purchases and transfers went smooth. Reason for 4 stars it would be much better experience if stub hub mandated sellers to input row and seat number.”
