“Worst experience ever. Ordered tickets for an expensive Broadway show for my family at Christmas. They sent me the link 15 minutes after the show started!!! I reported it right away and I got a very apologetic reply. Then when I didn’t hear anything further I contacted them two days after the show. They refused to give me a refund because I just missed the two day requirement (which I never saw in any fine print) and the first interaction didn’t count because it was AI (which I didn’t know). Never mind that they sent me the link 15 minutes after the show started! About $230 down the drain, ruined evening and zero willingness to be accountable. Stubhub is basically a scam and I would NEVER EVER use this service!”
