“I purchased tickets for a November 15, 2024 Lou Gramm concert. The concert was postponed until July 25, 2025. The concert was canceled due to artist illness. I have sent proof from the venue of the cancellation 3 times and stubhub will not refund my money. No one speaks English and they have no call centers In the United States. I will never do business with them again.”

“THE WORST experience buying anything ever in my life! When you buy tickets on stubhub they encourage you sell them, but then the seller is allowed to transfer the tickets up to 3 hours before the event - which is common. So no one will buy your ticket if you dont have if it in your possession - even though you paid and can't get a refund. No one cares at this company - they keep saying "we're just a platform, we can't control what people do" which is their way of taking zero responsability for their service - that line is garbage because it's their business and they make money off every ticket sold. STAY AWAY. I hate this company and urge everyone to NEVER BUY from them. worst experience ever.”
“Bought tickets through StubHub. Noticed that had no Bar code the day before the show. Started the process to get bar code. Spent about 4 hours on phone first day with no luck. Day of show, spent 4 hours on phone. They’d finally said that they had escalated the case and would have ticket bar code before the show. When I got to the show two hundred miles from my home I still had no bar code but had received a email from StubHub saying did not need a bar code and event would let me in without bar code on my digital ticket which I had emailed StubHub to prove there was no bar code as that was what they requested. This was a 40000 person stadium concert event. The temperature was 103 degrees and had to walk about a half a mile
As everyone did but they had tickets that would get them in as I thought I did per their email. Nope. Stood in heat on phone for two more hours. Stub Hub said the code would appear 1 hour prior to show, that hour came and went. My favorite band came on as I could faintly hear them inside the stadium. I got them to email me a QR code one hour in to show and was able to attend some of the show.

“I bought tickets 3 months prior to the show. The morning of the show Stubhub sent an email saying my seats weren’t available and offered me other seats. I had purchased front row center seats, now they offered other rows and claimed they were equal. Again this was hours before the show. How were our seats not available? I’ll never use Stubhub again and advise everyone to stay away and use other vendors.”
“I purchased two tickets through StubHub to a Kane Brown concert and my tickets downloaded without a scan bar on them. I was on the phone with customer service for 4 hours and they were unable to help me with providing me with two new good tickets. The day of the concert is when I realized the tickets were not valid without the scan bar. Representatives in the ticket booth at the concert tried to assist as well and were unsuccessful. I was forced to buy two new tickets for the event in order to go to the venue which I had traveled 4 hours to attend. I noted my concerns with StubHub and my case was under review but my refund for my ticket value was denied. Very disappointing will not be using StubHub ever again. Also the same day of the incident my StubHub account was hacked and someone was trying to buy tickets for $1200 using my account. My bank noticed the fraudulent activity and canceled the order. I was never notified by StubHub of this fraudulent activity. Ticket purchasers beware!

“Stub hub is garbage buy tickets directly from the source unfortunately I was deceived i had no idea stub hub was a 3rd party company so i ended up paying double the price because I was unfamiliar with todays companies back in the day we only had ticket master so now I paid double the price when there was plenty of tickets still available with better seats way cheaper .i will never use this company again paid 192 dollars for a seat i could have got for 113 dollars in a better section.”
“Total scam company. Would give zero stars if possible. We bought tickets in January for a show in August. After purchase they tell you that the tickets will be released the day of the show. When they didnt arrive in the morning I called. I was told the seller had til 5pm (show at 8) to deliver the tickets before they'll do anything. This made it impossible to buy more tickets from someone reputable like Ticketmaster as we didn't want to be stuck with extra tickets. Not surprising, tickets never came. A friend had flown from another province, we had hotels booked etc. Then they tell me they have tickets on hand they'll send me and not to worry. Well those never showed. Called again, was told to be patient. 7:20 roles around (40 minutes before the show). I call again and he sends me an email while on the phone that says there aren't any tickets and it'll be 8 days before they refund me. By this point all other tickets are gone, awful or jacked up.
Luckily the box office had opened another area and we got tickets at double what we would have originally paid.
DO NOT USE STUB HUB. THEY ARE A SCAM. The box office told us this happens all the time. I even asked for a manager several times and they refuse to put anyone on the phone. Youre basically stuck without recourse. I have heard they keep their fee when they refund you which is insane. Ill likely be going to my credit card company and asking for a reversal.
7 years ago I tried to resell tickets we had purchased on stub hub. When the tickets sold, they kept the money so I was essentially paying for a stranger to see the concert. I was successful in getting the charge reversed on my CC as fraudulent. I wrongly gave them a second chance this year as my friend was purchasing from there and we wanted to be close. He also didn't get his tickets. Our one friend did and we never did get to see her since she eas in a totally different section. This place really needs to be shut down. Unreal”
