“They made purchasing and selling (as I bought two sets of tickets) an easy and stress free experience. Customer service was phenomenal, when I had to reach out regarding my sale. Th only thing that can get confusing is the mobile tickets and where they end up being stored on your phone. Finding the link to resell tickets can be tricky, but all in all I’d recommend StubHub to anyone!”

“The worst experience.
I was chatting with an agent who assured me my ticket would arrive because it was about an hour before the show start time and I hadn't received it yet.
Well the ticket never came. I have since been refunded. However, I drove all the way to the arena because the agent assured me I would have the ticket. Even if it's 1 minute before the show. But the ticket never came. So I missed the show. These screen shots are a conversation I had with their agent. They don’t care whatsoever and are blatantly rude.”

“Our seats were great, on the 30 yard line up 30 rows. We loved the band and the light show. The game was exciting to the end and we stayed to the whole time. The parking ticket, however, was a $110 loss. We purchased a ticket to the Gold parking area. We arrived at 2:00 PM. There were no spaces left. Fortunately we found a $10 lot just pass the Gold lot. Plenty of available spaces. Frankly, we were misled and deserve a refund or at least some compensation. I can't help but wonder how many others lost their money on a Stub Hub parking ticket. How can you over sell parking spaces?”
