“Once you buy on StubHub you have to wait for all of these emails to download and release the tickets and it just seems an abundance of communication when it could be so much simpler. I also purchased parking tickets that when I purchase them showed they were exactly by the United Center's entrance. When I got there the guy scanning them said I wasn't a lot several blocks away because they were Spot Hero tickets. We went back and forth and he finally let me in, but honestly the whole StubHub experience was not great.
There has to be a much simpler way than how they handle it.”

But the seats were so high that your view of the stage was obstructed by a light bar. Made it hard to see until the performers moved to the right spot.”
“My tickets would not transfer. I spent 3 hours troubleshooting with customer service. They kept saying that there was nothing more they could do because they were just a third party. I tried everything they asked never got my tickets. I went to another vendor, bought tickets, transferred with the same process and received my tickets. I have bought thousands of dollars of tickets from Stubhub, but this will be my last. Can't believe they take no responsibility when they take people's money.”
