“The seller failed to provide the correct parking pass. However, StubHub did provide a refund. Unfortunately, it was the day of the show (1 hour prior to the show)”
“You used an inaccurate seating chart which caused us to have a decent seat but in no way a great seat. This could have been avoided with an accurate seating chart. Below is your chart and the actual chart for show. We sat in 103 Row R and the seat arrangement was the one with a wedge shaped section. You can see there is a significant difference in the location. Still good experience but just letting you know.”
“This was a birthday gift and I’m so happy it went according to plan. I purchased tickets through stub hub and had to claim the ticket through Ticketmaster. I was a little nervous just because the arena only takes digital tickets and I wasn’t seeing the ticket, but as I got closer to the event the digital ticket became available. So happy it went according to plan!”
“I got the seats I wanted for a price I could afford, and I had no problems getting in with my tickets. Purchasing was straightforward. It always makes me a little antsy to have to wait for ticket transfer with no indication of when it will happen, but so far, I have not had any issues with tickets not being delivered on time. I think it would significantly improve the user experience if the ticket transfer window was set to close a few days before the event, rather than leaving it open until the day of the event.”
“At the time of order, it appeared that I was purchasing tickets for numbered floor seats. The tickets purchased were for general admission standing only.”
“I purchased tickets to Wicked the musical, months ahead of time. I received an email with my tickets, so I attempted to download the tickets and received an error sign. I called Stub hub and after 4 phone calls, I was told the tickets were emailed to a similar email as mine with a few added digits!!! What a scam!!! So now I await my reinstatement. 😞”
