“I recently started using Stubhub because I genuinely prefer their iOS app more than any other ticketing application. I felt it had the most personalized recommendations and I appreciate the Spotify connectivity.
I purchased a ticket via Stubhub a month ago and received my tickets from Ticketmaster immediately. For this event, it took right up until the day before the concert for my ticket to arrive. I contacted customer service, who were ultimately very helpful, and told me that the reseller had until the day before the concert at 4pm to supply me the tickets. I think this system is a little nerve wracking and maybe not the best. I understand there is some sort of customer guarantee up until the day of the event, but I worry that would likely just result in you getting your money back and not actually going to the concert. I think this definitely needs to be updated. It's a shame as I do really enjoy the app and its processes.”
“I had a typo in my email address to where the tickets were to be sent. I panicked but Stubhub resolved my issue with no problems. I got my tickets and enjoyed a great hockey game!”
“I had no idea the fees were so high! Nowhere on the order form was I given the fees in advance. I found out too late that there were over $50 in fees for three tickets. Chat was of no help! No refunds out credits. Only option is to relist the tickets myself. No one else is going to want to be ripped off like this. Apparently the information is hidden in the filters!”

“Overall, a very good experience. It was easy to purchase the tickets, and I received them the following day, and 3 days before the event. However, the StubHub confirmation email said that I could receive the tickets on the day of the event. It would be helpful in the future to know that the tickets would be delivered sooner than the day of the event because I needed to travel a long distance to get to the venue. I would rather not wait until the day of the event before finding out there may be an issue. Otherwise, I would have given the experience 5 stars.”
