“Paid $1000 per seat for a view that you couldn’t see anything obviously, I said, partially obstructive view when I bought the ticket, but it should be totally obstructed. No one should ever have to sit in these seats. You couldn’t see the stage. You couldn’t see a person we just left the concert and went by the bathrooms and watched it total disgrace. You shouldn’t even sell these tickets”
“Always a pleasant experience. I think the fee’s are a tad high but I also appreciate that I always get what I paid for. Easy to use and easy to sell and/ or transfer.”
“I purchased tickets and a parking pass to an event. The email to accept the ticket transfer show as being delivered to me 3 hours before the event on the StubHub site, but the emails never arrived.
I had to pay for parking and purchase new tickets when I arrived. StubHub customer service won’t refund the money for the tickets because their site shows that the emails were delivered.
Save yourself money and purchase from a different ticket provider!”
“The seats were great but there was incorrect information noted on your site about the tickets. It indicated that there was a $30 food and beverage credit included which was not the case verified with the staff at the venue. Completely false advertising and they indicated it was a recurring theme with tickets purchased on your site.”
“When I got to the venue my parking pass didn’t work and I was already in line to enter the venue. I had to purchase a new parking pass to let me through and then when I called to get my refund due to their pass not working, they refused and are not giving me back my money. Customer beware, that when you purchase a ticket through StubHub and it won’t work at the venue, they are refusing to give you your money back. I’m still trying to figure out how this is even legal as their ticket never worked and was never used. It should be a complete refund. Will keep everyone updated with how this turns out as I am still trying to get my $78 back from StubHub for a ticket that wasn’t used nor worked upon entry.”
