“My first set of tickets never arrived. I bought them the morning of the concert. I was on chat 2 hours before the concert trying to get new ones. there was an issue with it they told me to wait, and they'd contact me 30-45 min. 45 min later never heard anything and it's an hour before the concert. I got back on chat and spoke with Vanessa, and not only did she get me tickets quickly she got me better tickets than I had and in a VIP section”
“We mistakenly deleted the ticket that was emailed to us and customer service was very helpful in contacting the seller to resend the ticket. They were courteous and immediately found a solution to our problem.”

As always my friends and I sat directly behind home plate and we looked up the first and last names of the homeplate umpire and the fielding umpire and we yelled at them by first n last name all game. Ots honestly a wonder they don't kick our asses out all five us us. Even the sober two which is me n my best friend get way outta control.”
“StubHub and Klarna indicated that tix no longer available mid transaction. So I kept trying. Ended up with 3 sets despite the no-longer-available mid transaction. Live agent asked which set I wanted to keep and that StubHub would cancel the other 2. Then it failed to live up to the promise so I ended up with 2 sets of pricey tix and StubHub would not fix it.”
“I ordered tickets in 3 week befor the show. There was no option at stubhub to choose a seat, however other vendors privided that and were a plenty of seats available. Then I got my tickets in 3 days before show, I've got a cheapest and shittiest seats in the venue. Stubhub fee was sames as two tickets price. so I paid twice to get a lemon. never gonna use it again.”
“Nightmare! Their website makes it sound easy to sell tickets purchased on their site. It’s impossible to sell tickets bought from StubHub because they don’t transfer the tickets to you until 3 hrs before the event and they won’t activate your listing until you have the tickets. They should have a class action suit for misrepresenting the process.”
“My tickets did not arrive. I spoke with them 3 times and they guaranteed me i would have tickets. They told me do not worry you will have tickets when you arrive at 7pm. I drove 2.5hrs and when I arrived they said sorry we have no tickets.”
