“It was a quick and easy transaction. I did digital tickets and had no issues. Janet was fantastic and the view from our seats was just as shown when booking.”
“Even though the ticket cost me over $225, I divided by 4 and to see each one of the queens. It only cost a little over $55 to see each. Promoters should package more of these multi-star shows and use my "eco-math" to market such shows.
I noticed from other cities, including the Cincinnati concert, that there is trouble with the sound system in the initial minutes of the concert. We couldn't hear Gladys Knight distinctly until several minutes into her set. I'm sure the acoustics are tested beforehand but not with a test singer beforethe show begins. It's not enough for a tech to mumble testing 1,2,3 into a mike to get the full range of sound delivered.”
“I bought tickets in January to see Bruno Mars in Las Vegas. A person called Stubhub and changed my email and had all my personal information. I called Stubhub several times and no one would give me an answer. “ it’s with the investigation team”.
I went through this for two weeks.
Well I didn’t see Bruno Mars and I traveled from NYS. They were supposed to call me and no one ever did. Stressful and upsetting.
I would give a zero if I could.
I will never ever use Stubhub again.”
“Bought baseball tickets and parking pass through StubHub. Game tickets went without a hitch. Parking pass never arrived. Communication said to be patient and that pass would arrive even if on the day of event. Never did. Had to park elsewhere. Called later and they claimed the pass was sent(never landed in my email), so guess what, no refund. Beware. I won’t use them again. Also, only virtual agent was available to discuss. Pretty hard to convince someone of the issue when they are hiding behind a screen.”
“Seller did not release tickets. Had to wait an hour before the start of the show to see if I would receive ticket replacements. Very stressful and almost ruined the experience since the venue is an hour away.”
“They are horrible. My event that was schedule for December 2024 was cancel and Ticketmaster sent an email that it was. Til this day I am waiting on my refund from Stubhub and they keep telling me in their system the event is postponed not cancel. Then when I show the email they keep saying you are right we notified the correct personal to handle this. I write every week and every week I get the same response.”
“Why can't I give this a negative 10? Sold tickets, and it's been over 1 month, (25 business days) and still have not received payment. Each time I call, they add another step, but when I ask is there anything else to be done, I'm told, no, the money will be deposited into you account. Stubhub is easy to take your money, but you need to fight every step of the way to receive it. BUYER, BE AWARE!!!”
“Les fees sont prohibitifs par rapport au prix de la place. In fine, pour une place d une valeur de 20 euros,le prix final a été de 60 euros....
Mais sans stubhub, nous n aurions pas réussi à voir Turandot dans ce site exceptionnel. !”
“Email provided gave me an address that took me to park else where. There I had to pay to stay or go through the entire traffic jam again to relocate and park in the right place”
“This was my first time using your system and it was simple. I was nervous at first and checked it several times. LOL
Thank you, such a smooth process.”
“My experience was great. Stubhub it much easier to find seats together for my group of five. The selection and payment process was quick and easy. I received my tickets online and they were equally as easy to retrieve.”
“Was able to get tickets easily for Lord Huron, well after the date tickets went on sale! Process was very smooth, no issue getting into the venue. Tickets showed up in my Ticketmaster account as a transfer, and came through within a few weeks after my purchase on StubHub (I'm assuming that's when the venue released them).”
