My son was an hour late for the event bevause of this. I was promised at least a 25% discount 4 different times. I have screenshots. The refund was supposed to take place at 4 today. Not there. They lied and ripped me off. Do not waste your time with this place! Trust me. Customer service isn't in America and they do not honor their commitment.
