“Their site says that gift cards don't expire, but apparently they do. I tried to use my gift card and got a message that it was no longer valid. Not a message that it had a $0 balance, but it was just no longer valid. Customer service was absolutley no help at all. They say they investigated the matter, but of course no one ever contacted me about it. I contacted them and guess what, their "investigation" deemed that my card was no longer valid! What a surprise. Of course, no one could tel what exactly that means.”

It is good experience to use as less issues.

The pass cost was $504.11, which was crazy to me, but I needed to be close enough to the venue to accommodate my 85 year old mother-in-law, who is in a wheelchair. The day of the event, I got an email telling me that the lot I paid for was no longer available, but offering an alternative lot with a $300 refund, .7 miles from the venue. I accepted the alternate lot, but I expressed that I was not happy. 2 hours before doors open, I receive a pass for a totally different parking garage, 1.4 miles from the venue. Total cost $26.81. After I scrambled to find suitable parking, I contacted them while at the venue to inform them that this pass was not feasible for us due to my MIL in a wheelchair. Less than 10 minutes before the concert started, they sent another email informing that they had found alternate parking at no extra cost, and Ticketmaster would send me the new pass. I'm already parked and seated at this point. At 7:30, show time, I get a text with a link that only leads to another email telling me I need to accept my ticket. There was no new ticket. There is no parking pass in my ticketmaster account. They tell me to return my pass, so I tried to open it, but there is no option to return a pass I never received. But, even though it was AFTER the event when I tried to retrieve the new pass, I'm not due a refund because I accepted the alternate pass. I was charged $504.11 for a $26.81 pass that I couldn't use, and then mystery parking. This site is a total scam, and I wouldn't give them another penny if they were my last option! Shame on you Stubhub!
