“When I purchased my tickets to see Rush in Los Angeles, there was a delay in providing the tickets to my account. During that time, I resold the tickets on your site, which created a dilemma for both me and the buyer. I had to wait for you to transfer the tickets to my account before I could transfer them to the person who bought them from me.
To resolve this issue, either transfer the tickets directly to the buyer upon purchase or handle the transfer to the new customer yourself. This would eliminate the need for me to manage the transfer as the original buyer, and reduce the anxiety of the new buyer as to when he's going to receive his tickets from me.”

He assured that he is going to personally help me with the process and call me to follow up. That never happened after the call ended. The customer service is very poor and useless, they know how to sweet talk you but don’t help you with the issue and quick to give you false assurances. They wait to less are exceedingly long with the music that starts screeching your ears

“1) I wish you would show us where our actual seats are supposed to be. It was hard to tell if they were in the middle of the row or seats on the end.
2) I was made to pay for a parking pass when we did not use it because we already knew that we were using Uber to take us to the game.
