“Stubhub kept telling me the tickets were not transferred more than once … although the seller already emailed a pdf of the tix. It also says in small print that you won’t deal with the seller directly. Conflicting information. It worked out fine tho”

“Great show but you must insist sellers provide tickets at least 12 hours before the concert start time. I had front row tickets and with under 2 hours before showtime I still did not have tickets. Stub Hub got me 2nd row tickets but this was stressful waiting and very fortunate. Whoever was supposed to send me tickets should be banned. Thank you.”
