“In short, drove 4 hours to concert venue to find out our “seller” failed to fulfill our tickets. The only option given to us was a refund for the tickets. DO NOT USE STUBHUB!!! WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!!”
“Stubhub account was hacked, someone bought tickets (but never recieved them). Stubhub closed my account but never refunded my money. So Stubhub, kept the tickets and money. There are plenty of other places to buy tickets. I would NEVER EVER buy tickets from them. I never had a problem with Ticketmaster. I would give Stubhub zero stars”
“I ordered a parking pass from stubhub and I wasn't told that I needed to sign for the delivery - it was a $25 pass! When I wasn't home, I got an email stating that if I didn't accept the delivery on the next attempt, my pass would be destroyed and I would not get a refund. I have to have the delivery diverted to a FedEx site and go way out of my way to pick it up.
What a scam. I would not purchase anything from StubHub again.”

“Never using stubhub again, didn't receive my ticket even tho i was informed transfer was ready, contacted them with no help, they said they would send me another ticket, didn't receive that ticket and when asked for a refund there was no help, they tried contacting the seller and there was no response, which to me it says they don't verify their people selling tickets.... and now i am out of $700 dollars!! “i listed Paul Simon tickets that i had bought through Ticketmaster, they were purchased on Stubhub but i could not transfer them online as it was Will call. i read all stubhub info about how to address it, sending barcodes of my purchase, trying to email the buyer directly and eventually much time of phone with customer service that day explaining it all. all before the deadline by the way.
did everything i could to fix the issue only to find out the next few days that they charged me $1000 for what they say were their costs to fix with buyer, all without paying out the original amount of $800+ that was my portion of the sale. all of this without any explanation or proof of how this cost them $1000. i have complained only to be told, that they followed policy and i did not. truly a scam, DO NOT LIST YOUR TICKETS WITH THEM OR TRUST THEM on chat line.”
“I purchased VIP ticket for Inkcarceration 2025 on 7.14.25 through StubHub. Got confirmation. On 7.16.25 I received email that the ticket is not available and StubHub would get me an alternative ticket. Click on Alternative Ticket. Next page says that no tickets available. I'm already in Mansfield, Oh, with booked accommodation and now have no ticket. More timely notification would have been helpful. Needless to say that I will never purchase anything with stubhub again.”
